I lost my hearing as a kid and never felt comfortable in hearing aides or like doctors listened to what I needed. Fast forward a few years, IlluminEar and Dr. Danielle Jenkins listened and made me feel comfortable asking questions. They're flexible, health conscious, and work around my work schedule. I've moved cities but I still come back once a year because I don't want to leave their care!! Can't recommend enough!!

Last night I was faced with a problem that my mother was having with her hearing aids. This morning, I came to Illumin Ear to see if they can help solve this issue with the non functional Octicon hearing aid. Let me tell you, they were amazing from the receptionist Kayleigh to Dr. Kristen keener. Mom is visiting me and she isn't a patient of this clinic. They went out of their way to take care of this issue. They called Octicon and found out that there is a valid warranty on the hearing aid. They diagnosed the speaker as the problem. They gave me a loaner speaker and send the custom

Dr. Keener possesses an extraordinary combination of technical expertise with a gentle graciousness. Her quiet confidence sets me at easy. Add to that her willingness to go an extra mile when needed. I had such a need. It was the day before my vacation deep into Mexico, and one of my hearing aids stopped working, at least it seemed so to me. It was her day off. Her office closed. Yet she took my call, drove some miles, opened her office just for me, tweaked my hearing aid, and saved my vacation before it started!

Very grateful to Dr. Keener for helping determine the extent of my hearing loss and get it addressed. Having the ability to control hearing aid function via an app on my phone has been a real treat.
