About Dr. Natasha Dewald-Nielsen, AuD, CCC-A, F-AAA She was determined to find and improve the traditional path to better hearing. After owning her own practice in Southern California for many years, she relocated to Austin Texas to raise her family. While getting to know her new community, she realized there were many people who could not travel to see her due to the area's traffic congestion and urban sprawl.

The evaluation is done to determine if a hearing loss is present, and if so, to detail the type and severity of the hearing loss. It also may provide insight into the cause of the hearing loss as well as provide guidance for the audiologist in making appropriate treatment recommendations. The specific tests done during the evaluation will depend on the patient's age, and what is known already about their hearing status.

Dr. Natasha is the BEST!!! Even during a pandemic she made sure that I had what I needed. She is constantly checking in to see how my devices are working or if I have any questions. Her mobile capabilities are so convenient! She is hands down the friendliest and most down to earth audiologist I have ever met. 10/10 would recommend her to everyone!!

If you aren’t sure where to turn for your hearing services you have found the right person. I refuse to go to any other provider after finding Natasha. She is hands down one of the kindest, most thorough and well rounded Audiologists I have come across. I have been to many providers in and out of state and have had my share of frustrating experiences. With Natasha’s expertise I was finally able to find the perfect pair of hearing aids after not wearing them for years. Dr. Natasha made the whole experience of getting my hearing tested and getting fitted for instruments SO EASY and not scary at all. I am only 29 and I worried that I would end up with hearing aids like my Nana, but Dr. Natasha got me into a pair of aids that are high tech, discreet and best of all, DURABLE! Dr. Natasha makes it so easy to take care of your hearing because she comes directly to you. What a find!! Dr. Natasha Dewald has solved all of our audiology needs---and done so with professionalism. She is knowledge about hearing-related medical issues, technology options, and insurance reimbursement. Equally important though---Natasha is a great communicator! She listens, is quick to respond to questions and problems, and is fun to work with. Amazingly, she provides "mobile service." I have recommended Natasha to several other people. The reaction after they meet her is Wow! Going to hearing aid offices one finds people who are trained to conduct tests and sell aids. Natasha comes to you, not with just a small testing device, but a fully equipped office including a sound proof room in a mobile van. Her extensive education and experience is on a par only with M.D.s in Audiology. She is honest and upfront about how much hearing aids will help. She does not make unrealistic claims in order to sell her products. Also she can provide aids from a number of different manufacturers

Natasha is a skilled professional audiologist and a sympathetic listener/helper who has been indispensable in enabling my elderly mother to hear well again. Natasha assessed my mother's hearing using mobile equipment in her apartment and fitted hearing aids on the spot. She has been back for three or four weekly appointments and has stopped by at least that many times informally to assist in training my mother to use equipment that seems easy and foolproof but is difficult for her. I can't imagine how this transition would have gone if we had dealt with a brick-and-mortar clinic instead of Natasha

Dr. Natasha is wonderful. As a PhD in Audiology, she really knows everything about how to help with hearing loss. The mobile unit coming right to your doorstep is a convenient advantage and her continuing follow-up care is great. Real communication is happening in my household again and socializing is fun once more. You don't realize how much you've been missing until suddenly you can hear again.
