Great house. Nice and clean. Easy to rent and the app was great. Enjoyed having bikes and the counter top ice maker. Tupperware/food storage containers was the only thing missing. We will rent again.

Loved the home we rented from Exclusive 30a. Correspondence before, during and after our stay was prompt and professional. We will definitely use Exclusive 30 again during our next visit to the area.

This is a beautiful home in a perfect location. Unfortunately, the home was not clean. The bathrooms were moldy. I wish I could post pictures of this. All the trim in the house was covered with dust and hair. A broken window allowed atleast 3 very large roaches into the home. The kitchen is beautiful but poorly stocked. There would have been no way to cook a meal with the pots, pans and dishes that were there. The property manager offered to send house cleaners and we declined the offer. It would have taken a team all day to clean and we didn’t want to give up one of our four days. We were offered

Great location! Rental includes 2 bikes which my children thoroughly enjoyed! Condo is beautifully decorated with small view of water and views of town/pedestrians. We love the Watercolor Beach Club for food and drinks. Rental company was helpful when we had a special request during our stay!

The pictures and descriptions of the property were spot on. The location and view was amazing. The beds were comfortable. The condos was well equipped for all our needs. A few maintenance needs occurred during our stay. Exclusive 30A was quick to respond and resolve the issues. This is definitely a property I would be willing to rent again! This was quite easily the best vacation I’ve ever had on 30A. The house is absolutely stunning. I wasn’t expecting the gulf views and ease to get to the beach, though that is exactly what I had asked for. The only thing I would change is a little bit nitpicky. I have a small child and taking naps was hard as there’s so much natural light inside the home. As soon as I realized I could put him on a pallet in the closet it was a game changer. I hope to rent this again for the same trip next year. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with me!

Was a fantastic place where we stayed. A block from everything and a short 2 blocks from the Beach Club and the beach. The place was clean and very inviting. We could not have asked for more. The hosts provided all the contact information and answered all of our questions for an easy wonderful and memorable vacation. Will rent from them again!!

One star was deducted because the 2 bikes that came with the reservation were very rusted. One seat was so rusted that it could not be adjusted, and therefore we were unable to use.

Very responsive. Our home had an air conditioning issue and they arrived within the hour to fix it. House was well maintained, and check in and out was easy/hassle free. I'd rent from them again!

After a horrid experience with Coastal Dreamin Vacation Rentals, we were able to quickly get a new home rented with Exclusive 30A. Richard was a pleasure to work with, and really helped us out in a pinch after the aforementioned group cancelled our reservation last minute due to issues at the house that they were unwilling to resolve. We will definitely be using Exclusive 30A again!

The house is beautiful and we had a great family vacation with 13 grandchildren. The proximity to the beach was a real plus and the kids enjoyed the pool before dinner each day when it was shaded. Exclusive 30A was very professional and responded quickly when we had a maintenance problem. Our only problem was that we did not have enough room in the refrigerator and freezer for all the food.

We stayed at The Point #26 (Inlet Beach) for 4 nights; in unit #324 and paid close to 4 k. The moment we walked in the unit a wave of what smelled like cigarette smoke took over our nasal passages. Don't rent this unit, it is overpriced and stinks! 30A did nothing to help us and refused to refund any money.

We had a terrific house but...
had a leaky sink and ice maker didn't work. That did get fixed.
One of the dryers didn't work and they knew about it prior to our visit.

Biggest issue- we rented this house because it had a golf cart. One of our family members couldn't bike. Got there and in 5 minutes realized the brand new cart was broken.
Talked to the owner and they basically said tough luck. It's a complimentary item in the contract. That's true but you would think a business would offer some consideration for such an inconvenience. Really ruined my experience

Had a vacation planned for Covid last year and moved it to June. Have it in writing that they confirmed moving it for us only to cancel out of nowhere several weeks later because they didn't want to foot the bill on the price increase. We were never notified it would cost more and had made childcare plans.

The most unprofessional group I have ever dealt with.

Despite having rented from exclusive 30a for several years, I will never rent again. The unit was poorly equipped ..mismatched dishes, glassware, etc. There were big bags of bedding left in hallway marked DO NOT USE OR YOU WILL BE CHARGED. I guess clients don't get access to the nice bedding. When I returned home I got an email stating that I had caused damage/stains on dining chairs. I did not even use the dining table. Despite several attempts to contact company and discuss no one would return call. I was charged a cleaning fee. Look at other reviews...this seems to be a standard business

We have rented through Exclusive 30 many times in the past and have always had a great experience but our stay this past October may have stopped us from renting from this company in the future. Upon arrival we noticed several stains in the living area and also on the chair cushions surrounding the table on the screened in porch but thought nothing of it because overall the home was very clean and beautiful. After our arrival back home however, we received an email informing us that we were being charged a $200.00 cleaning fee to remove the stains that were in the living area and on the porch.

We had an extraordinary vacation. We were very pleased with the level of service we received from Exclusive 30A and will go out of our way to stay at a vacation home they manage when we return next year. This home is in a great location and the deck is the perfect place to watch the sun come up, watch it go down, or just sit and watch the waves! The layout of the home is great for parents/teenagers alike. There is a separate bedroom with a bonus tv room off to itself. Addie was great to answer all my questions before arriving! Jessica was so accommodating with my rental needs.

Beautifully decorated, in the middle of great shops and restaurants, with comfy beds! Fun week of exploring with our family, highly recommend!

I look at the house on rosewell, i was speechless... They made so remarkable that it being the new modern Eastern Europe monarchy of Austria, which proclaimed as a casino trend in learnig different culture non traditional i presume....

We had a GREAT experience staying at their property on 30A. It was quiet, peaceful, clean, with an incredible beach view. The condo itself was luxurious with very nice furniture. The bed was very comfortable and all the supplies were stocked. Customer service was excellent as they helped me reschedule my stay with no problems at all. Would DEFINITELY recommend!

We enjoyed a relaxing and comfortable 4-night stay at their Panama City property. The house was very well furnished and well maintained for our large party. Basically brand new! We would highly recommend them and would consider using them again. Customer service was excellent, and pre-check in was convenient.

The rental experience was smooth and easy and the rental house was actually better than expected. The rental agency provides all your information in a portal, which is easy to use once you get signed up. I didn't have great cell service in the area and didn't think about printing the information ahead of time. However, the rental agency had emailed me pertinent information the morning of check-in, without even being asked to do so, so I had access to everything I needed when I arrived. What an amazing week we had at Watercolor for our Thanksgiving holiday. The home we rented on Dandelion Dr. was even better than what the pictures showed. It was the perfect size the living area was big and had an area to watch TV (football) and the other side had an area for reading or games. Our location was perfect, the weather was awesome and the house everything we needed for a perfect Thanksgiving dinner! 30A was so easy to work with they provided everyone we needed. Thank you!

The house we rented in Rosemary Beach was just like the photos showed. It was gorgeous and very close to the water. Everything was handled well and we felt taken care of. We were very happy with our stay and would recommend anyone to stay in this beautiful house!

After reading the reviews below, I was surprised at the comments. I will say that my experience did not have any interaction with Jacque but rather Jessica. Jessica was very responsive to any questions and issues that we experienced during our trip, and was helpful in getting those resolved. Our stay was wonderful. The rental home was fabulous. Their recommendations were great! I did notice that some of those posts were a couple years old. So, hopefully Exclusive 30A has resolved their previous issues, and I can assuredly recommend them for booking your next trip.

My experience with Exclusive 30A was excellent from start to finish. The first time I called them they answered all of my questions and helped me find a property that accommodated my whole family.

The home was beautifully decorated and had all the amenities I was looking for, including a pool and hot tub. It was our first visit to the area and we loved everything about 30A. The weather was perfect while we were there. The beach was peaceful and gorgeous.

We booked through Exclusive 30A for our trip to Watercolor- we had great service from Morgan and Addie- Our House was amazing, looked just like the photo's maybe even better- we had an issue one morning ( after a storm) with the internet connection and within 10 mins we had someone at the door and he fixed it. My only suggestion would be to have more supplies at the house. We had one kitchen towel and one wash rag for the kitchen. We did not have pot holders or garbage bags. Not sure if this is an owner thing or a Exclusive 30A thing.
