At Applied Coatings we use a 5 stage iron phosphate prep system. This provides a protective coating on the substrate and also promotes adhesion of the coating applied. Media blasting is also available for corroded parts or parts that have been previously painted. We offer coating from a variety of manufacturers in a wide range of colors, glosses, textures and formulations to suit your needs.
Our chemical de-greasing also ensures that the surface to be coated is free of any oil or grease that would result in a poor finish.
