We maintain a Funeral Home license through the State of Indiana and the owner is an Indiana licensed Funeral Director with over 12 years of experience in the funeral service industry.

Woman who answered phone was all up in the family business. Had opinion about things that she shouldn't have. Crown cremations job is to perform end of life services not get involved in family things. Would not have my dog cremated here. Made our side of the family feel like dirt. Had an attitude. Never knew she was related to us, oh that is right she is not, so why the attitude.

Rich was a blessing to my family. When my father passed away last year he left us with no life insurance policy to cover costs. Rich was able to work with us for dads after life care, was very compassionate and helpful. This year my mother passed away as well and again Rich came to our aid during this difficult time amid the Covid-19 pandemic. He does everything he can to help his clients. My mother passed unexpectedly in March 2019. Her wish was to be cremated. I took the recommendation of the hospital chaplain and called Rich @ Crown Cremation Services located in Crown Point Indiana. He and his assistant provided expedient, customized and compassionate service at a very reasonable price. I felt comfortable, safe, and unpressured during the process. They treated me like family. Thankyou, Crown Cremation Services, for taking such good care of us and providing a low-pressure consultation, support and service at a cost that fit our budget.
