Dalis Lao Thai Cafe
Thai and Lao cuisine is a simple yet complex combination of flavors created with fresh and flavorful ingredients. Sour, sweet, salty, bitter and spicy flavours work together to make each dish come alive. We hope everyone is taking care during during these challenging times. The health and well-being of our family-owned restaurant and guests is very important to us.

Because of our small dine-in space, we have closed our dining room through the end of this year. We appreciate and thank all of our customers who continue to support us! We are a family-owned and operated cafe. When you enter our kitchen, you will see grandma, grandpa, mom, dad, siblings, cousins and friends working to serve you.

Great quality, every time for the most part...
They reduced the portion sizes though. Lunch size at dinner price.
When ordering online, they usually forget some minor details, yet your $$.

Today was my first order from this restaurant and what a disappointment. I paid for two items and only one arrived and I can see from the ticket from the restaurant that it was their fault and not the Uber driver.

As for the food itself, my the only thing my Panang Curry had going for itself was that it was the right amount of hot. It was missing the bell peppers the onions and the carrots. It was meat and sauce.

While I realize that it was a to go order that does not entitle them to provide us less quality. I paid the same amount of money as if I was a sit down customer.

I love Thai food

Beef Jerky!!! Everything we have ever had here is absolutely amazing. What really stands out is the relationships they make with their customers which says even more since its take out only right now. We order their beef jerky with sticky rice about 3 or more times a week. This is our top family owned restaurant!

The food was absolutely delicious. The staff was very friendly. The only complaint I could say is I wish there was a larger portion of Chicken Satay (3 pieces) but the entree portions were plenty enough to fill me up. Overall very good and would definitely eat here again!

Best Pad Thai I’ve had in a long time, but you have to go during lunch time.
The first time I went, I was shocked when my total same up to $18 for shrimp pad Thai, now, I only go during the lunch special. 11 or 12 bucks for the pad Thai with no shrimp. You don’t really get many shrimp anyways so just forget it. The pad Thai is amazing! (: it’s the best you’re gonna find in the area for sure.

This place is amazing. I usually order their red curry. You can choose the protein you want plus how spicy you want it. It's so good you'll want to come back for more !
Their dining room is closed so they only offer take-out, but it's so worth it. They give you a great portion as well. The staff is great they are super friendly and quick! Overall this is a place you have to try if you're looking for awesome food and service

Hands down my favorite Thai place to go in FL! You can't get more authentic than this place! This is a family run business and grandma is always cookin' up specials for the weekend in the back. Everything is homemade (even their egg rolls) and tastes wonderful.

I haven't had anything here I didn't like. So far, I've had for appetizers the calamari (SO crispy!), spring rolls, and egg rolls. For entrees I've tried the
the Chicken Panang Curry, Tom Khem, Chicken Pad Thai, Mee Ka Tee, & Drunken Noodles. The Drunken Noodles are different than what I'm used to

We should all be super thankful a place like this exists in our area. The food is ALWAYS super fresh, and I really appreciate the opportunity to order unique dishes I’ve never had before. On top of that, the staff is always genuinely attentive and the feeling of family love emanating from the kitchen is always apparent. I’m super glad they made it through the pandemic and we all get to continue enjoying Dali’s!!

Ordered Pad Thai and fried egg rolls, both food were pretty good and pad thai portion was really generous. I gave 4 out of 5 because you cannot dine in. They're still practicing the covid protocol, although there are no more restrictive in Florida. Again, good food, place is meh

Love this place! The staff is incredibly friendly, the food is always fresh and I love the atmosphere here, it is family owned and operated. My husband and I have tried various dishes which were all great but the red curry has always been our favorite! You can get it as spicy as you like and it comes with their famous rice. 10/10 recommend!

Rly good food and rly nice people. Like, rly good food tho. Everything was flavorful and delicious. I'm that basic that's always ordering pad thai, and this was some of the best I've had in a long time, with many more flavors going than a typical pad Thai. Veggie curry also very good.

The people working seemed lovely and it looked like a lil mom and pop kinda place. Covid safety was also very good with all of the furniture cleared and takeout only. Food was ready promptly and we were in and out no problem. Highly recommended!

They are definitely a step higher than average Philippino restaurant. We pass this restaurant on the way to Daytona from Tampa. We decided to stop on my bookmarked restaurant. This restaurant has good reviews and they did not disappoint me.

We got the Philippine sausage with sticky rice. I can said I have better sausage in Orlando, but their is good enough. We also have chili chicken wings. I like this one better. It has good marinated sauce. I also got the laab. They allow for the selection of the spiciness. It is a good meat salad. It was good to go with sake.

Overall we have good experience

Placed a to go order of drunken noodles with tofu- not sure what time dinner starts - but I paid the lunch price at around 4pm. The employee working was very sweet and asked me if I needed anything else (besides utensils and napkins). I asked for hot sauce- holy. Freaking. Moly. It was so hot! Glad I just used a little bit- definitely ask for some if you like your food spicy.

There was so much tofu as well, huge pieces, and it was cooked very well.

I do wish there was more veggies- they just tasted so delicious and fresh!

The dish was a little greasy- that might've just been because I

Have been here more than a few of times and it's the best Lao & Thai food. Love their laab, khao poon (coconut curry soup), and beef jerky. Really everything I've enjoyed from here has been phenomenon.

This is a friendly little neighborhood restaurant run by a family. You can dine in (under normal circumstances, you know, non-pandemic times) and enjoy a meal, or you can take food to go. Right now call ahead, pay over the phone, and pick up is perfect to keep social distancing rules.

Love that this is a family establishment and you can feel their good energy and taste it in their

Super impressed with this tiny little rest located in a shopping strip. It's more a take out but they do have tables to sit if prefer to dine in. Ordering is simple. For curries and some noodle dishes they offer 2 prices one for lunch, one for dinner.
We ordered Penang Curry with chicken, Pad See Eew and Pad Thai. All delicious, great portions, didn't disappoint.
Staff super friendly and helpful. I have food allergies so got to be super careful. They answered all my questions plus more.
Great find, thank to fellow yelpers. Glad I found a new thai place.

I honestly can't say enough about this place it should be a 10 star!

Place uber clean, but what makes this place a gem is the family that owns it. My god they treat you like family and are soooooooo nice and thoughtful. The times I been there I guess there are regulars that they all are in first name bases.

Price is a bit steep but you know what the quality of the food and the services is well worth it and makes it up by a long shot.

Now the food, I have had the curry plate, tom soup, pad Thai,l and the Laos sausage plate.. all of it was fresh made to order and very damn good. Be

We were happy to find this place during the soft launch. Thanks to Yelpers we were able to identify it before they even had a proper sign. This is a great little mom and pop. It definitely someones grandma cooking in the back.

We had Drunken Noodles, Curry, and Phad Thai. All of them were cooked perfectly. They asked us several times if the heat level was good. We found it acceptable. We've had hotter, but it could fairly be called Thai Hot. So don't order it that hot if you really can't handle it.

All in all, this place was great. Come visit before the line becomes unbearable

This is a pretty small place inside with just a few tables. It seems like it's a family ran restaurant. The lady that took our order was really nice. She even offered to change a couple of the items I ordered to just be with vegetables since I don't like the taste of tofu.

The service was quick and everyone was very kind and super friendly. The food was incredible. I ordered the spring rolls which aren't fried. I also had the massaman curry with just vegetables. The lady had her mom who was one of the cooks in the kitchen to pick the vegetables that would go well with my dish.

For those looking for homecook style cuisine, this is the place! Best summer rolls I've ever had (even better than the Vietnamese versions). I've tried the laab, pad kee mao, tom khem (sells out fast), curry, Lao sausages, and papaya salad. All delicious in their own way. Even though Thailicious is one of my favorites, I don't think it is fair to compare the two. Both are great, but one is very much a Ma & Pa restaurant that only those who truly grew up on the homemade dishes can really appreciate.
