If using our sound system, we have an AUX cord that can plug into your playlist. Please have someone in charge that knows what playlists you want for the event vs. whatever songs you may have chosen for specific dances. If you have a video or slideshow you would like to have playing, we recommend bringing it on a flash drive.

I had my wedding here two weeks ago and I am really unhappy with the service. I really want to talk to the owner or someone the lady who is in charged of this place (Amy) she treated my guess bad. I have a few complaints about they feel that she discriminated because they were latinos and she tried to yell at me and my guess and I stopped her from doing so. We own a few business so we know what is customer service.

We really enjoyed working with the staff at Maplewood Events Center. They were readily available at any time with any questions we had. My daughter was very excited about using Maplewood Events Center for her wedding reception it had all the amenities she was looking for. They worked with us even though I , the mother of the bride was trying to coordinate reception arrangements from out of town. The staff their will help you customize your wedding reception to fit your needs and wants. My daughter had her wedding here on June 12th and it was perfect! We ended up doing the Ceremony, Dinner and Reception at Maplewood Events. Bonnie was so great to work with especially with all the COVID mess. She was so willing to meet with us whenever we wanted and was helpful in planning and choosing the decorations. Maplewood has everything you need; they set up, and take down everything, and you can bring your own decorations to add to theirs, use your own caterer or do it yourself. They just offer everything you are looking for to make a wedding easy and beautiful! I highly recommend having

Phenomenal experience! Amy was more than willing to help us have a special day! I text her more than once with questions during the weeks ahead of the reception and she was always there with a quick response. I gave her a hug at the end of the night because I felt like she was part of our family by then and helped to make it happen!

I LOVE this venue! I used this for my reception venue, and could not imagine having used anyone else! I only had a couple ideas of the style I wanted, and Bonnie really knows her stuff! She took what I wanted and ran with it, and did AMAZING! I loved everything we had! It was beautiful. They are so helpful on the day of, too. Would absolutely recommend to anyone considering to plan their event here 😍

We did my little sister's wedding here last night. It was so magical with all the Edison lights crisscrossing the ceiling and the beautiful wooden tables and chairs. Bonnie and her husband were so helpful from start to finish. They were there all night just making sure things went smoothly and had candles ready to go so we could light sparklers for the send-off. It was such a great experience from start to finish, totally worth the drive!

Our son and daughter- in- love had the most perfect, gorgeous, fun wedding at Maplewood Events! Bonnie and her staff were intuitive, completely accommodating and so fun to work with.
