Barbwire and Lace is a one of a kind property from the old town that was built and designed by the owners to the elegant chandeliers that are hanging year round throughout. When you step foot on the 3.5 acres you feel literally swept into another time. The flower gardens, fountains and decor that enchant the property are magical.
When we found this place we couldn't believe how beautiful it was and what you got for the cost. This place is amazing and you don't need much decorations with all the natural beauty, flowers, trees and decor already there. I Ann still getting compliments on it and have referred others there. Carole and her husband were very pleasant and daddy to work with and was very happy with the way things turned out.

This is a great wedding venue with so many different ways to design the perfect wedding. We set up 3 different sound systems (for the ceremony, indoor eating area for the reception, and outdoor terrace for the dancing), all part of our low cost wedding DJ package. It’s especially fun for guests to explore and stay during longer events. The venue is flexible to allow outside catering and food trucks. We hope to return to more weddings here in the future.

This was my first time at this venue. It is in a beautiful setting. There are many rustic buildings each filled to overflowing with interesting antiques and treasures. It is a little western village. The wedding faire was lovely, delicious, and delightfully presented. I will recommend Barbwire and Lace to anyone who wants someplace that is different and extraordinary for their next event. I loved my visit there.

This place is awesome! I got married here on 10/03/2020 and it was the best thing ever the lady had everything set up when we got there and she also went out of her way to make sure that we were taken care of! Carol is so so so amazing and she always makes sure that she gets in touch with you or answers the phone! and the prices are great everyone at our wedding was amazed with the place and also the price! its like to good to be true! i will recommend anyone and everyone that ever asks me to come here!!! She makes sure that she does everything and anything to make sure you have one of the best

Avoid!!!!!...Its a beautiful venue but the owner, Carol, acts more like a prison warden than anything else.
After a long day at 10 pm she "reminds" us for the first time anyone can remember, that all the trash for the night must be removed by us from the property.
More than anything the comments about the facility were over shadowed by the rude owner.

We met with and toured the venue in may for a September wedding, we signed a contract and paid the deposits then about the 1 st of September we met to go over the final details at which time we were told the actual ceremony area would be an extra 800.00!!! Which was not specified in the contract nor at the tour, during the tour amounts for upper rooms were specified as extra expense as were set up and take down fees. But the worst experience by far was the way we were treated on the wedding day, the lady in charge started in after the ring ceremony ordering everyone guests included to get those

This place is way overpriced, $4K for a wedding. Staff were unfriendly and unhelpful, let the guests stack chairs while they sat and did nothing. It was never explained to the bride and groom that there was a PA system on premise. Food was not included in the price, a separate caterer was hired, staff of Barbwire and Lace decided it was ok to eat the food during the reception. A PA system was brought because a family member had one. When the PA was used for the reception Barbwire and Lace staff told the DJ that the neighbor across the street would complain about noise but, he was currently on vacation
