Unreliable and untrustworthy. This company failed every obligation, DON’T USE THIS COMPANY. They have no clue what they’re doing and compromised our safety. We hired them to inspect our sprinkler system monthly. Months into the contract we found out they missed critical checks during the monthly inspections. To make things worse, they crossed out numbers and added notes after the fact. When we confronted the company, they lied to us, yelled at us and failed to return our calls/emails. They also had the audacity to then tell us they can correct the issues for a fee. Buyer beware! Please look

I worked on a smaller commercial project with Jerry and his team over the past year. Every time the crews came prepared to work and in a professional manner. The knowledge of the designer Mohamad was super. He helped with challenges thru City Permit reviews. Very professional and prompt. This is a full service company I also have Alarmed monitoring installed and that part was professionally handled by Derek, his expertise was right on. For any General Contractor, Express offers a personal committed touch to your project and I would say they do a great job at fair prices.
