Life often throws us unexpected situations that makes it difficult for us and everyone we care about. Situations like hearing loss can come at any age to any one of us. When you don't know who to turn to or who you can trust for help, it makes the situation seem difficult to deal with. After 20 years of working as an Audiologist in hospitals, private practices, and education, Dr. Serpa felt a need for something more.

Yvonne went through all the diagnostics of the hearing aids and set them up correctly. I have had these for 2 1/2 years and they were never set up correctly. I am so pleased with the service and her knowledge of these hearing aids and others that are available. I also appreciate that you work with the VA to get this done.

I'm so grateful that I found Dr. Serpa. My whole life I've listened to older relatives complain about their hearing aids, so I was pretty anxious about them being hard to get used to or sounding funny. Lucky for me, Dr. Serpa found exactly the right ones for me and got them set up just right so I almost instantly forgot I even had them on. She has been so kind, patient, and reassuring and is always so willing to answer all my questions. I couldn't be more pleased and relieved to have her to work with and guide me through the process of new hearing aids.

Evonne and her husband Mike are so sweet and knowledgeable, with all the tools, tips and accessories to get you and your loved ones hearing properly and the compassionate understanding to communicate why it's so important in the first place! Evonne Serpa CARES and is an EXPERT. She provides detailed and patient service, helping me understand what kind of hearing loss I have and the best solutions for my lifestyle and budget. I'm not going with the least expensive and she said there are ways to adjust the mid-level aides, so not pushing most expensive. She loaned me trial hearing aides so we could work together to determine the best ones for me and has financing options. I am frequently meeting clients in public places and need to be able to block out the surrounding noise. Her office staff are very supportive, warm and efficient.

Dr. Serpa purchased this practice a few months ago, and as an audiologist expanded the services to include pediatrics. THANK GOODNESS. She's really friendly and knowledgeable, the office is welcoming, and having a reliable place for me to take my daughter for her hearing tests and hearing aid services is gold. Dr. Serpa is awesome! She even knows/understands conductive hearing loss and education supports for kids with hearing loss. So great to have an independent expert on the scene.

I can't say enough about Dr. Serpa and Hearing Resources. My mother was visiting from Seattle for Thanksgiving. Nothing like a family holiday to convince your mother to get her hearing checked! My mother was resistant because she had a bad experience in Seattle. Dr. Serpa was so patient and kind. She answered all the questions my mother had. She made sure my mother could operate, calibrate and change little tiny batteries. My mother was so pleased with the experience, and now she can participate in all of the family holiday fun!
