Theresa was wonderful. She answered all of my questions and concerns. She went above and beyond to help with some issues with my android phone. Even reached out to several contacts, including IT, to try to work through the issues. She sent as much time as I need to be comfortable before leaving. I am looking forward to working with her as we move forward with the new hearing aids.

This is a great hearing center. Teresa is the Tech that does everything and she is so good at it. I was there today for my 6 month tune up. I was having some difficult with my left hearing aid not being as powerful as my right and she did everything from a hearing evaluation, cleaning my hearing aids, cleaning my ears, adjusting my aids after determining that the hearing in my left ear has deteriorated and making sure all the settings were working correctly. There is no one I would trust more then her. She makes you feel so comfortable as she does her magic and she won’t let you leave until I

This place has the BEST caring service anywhere!! Theresa and the staff are very patient and helpful. They take whatever time needed to listen to you and help your hearing situation. There is absolutely no arrogance in their service and that is a very rare thing especially when dealing with hearing services.
Update: three months later and I am so impressed by the service from Theresa! Having an issue with connection to phone and she spent over two hours with me and Starkey on a conference call to solve the issue and she wasn’t rushing through or anything. She is totally dedicated to helping
