I found a property online and called to inquire. I received a call back the next day and to my amazement Tanis had remembered me from previous business dealings. I told her of my interest and needing to move RIGHT AWAY. She had another renter lined up, but told me she'd call me immediately if anything changed. I got a call within a few short days, she took my application, and I was in the home within the next week. During a beyond stressful time, she made this so easy and I truly appreciate the care I was shown!

I had a new flat ready to be rented out & I was trying to find tenants. Eaglecv offered a solution to these problems and as a result, I had my flat rented in no time. If I could give zero stars I would. Don't do business with this company. Byron Alvarez and Tanis Hernandez (the manager) are the worst people to deal with. LAZY, arrogant, dishonest and unprofessional, they find any reason to keep your money. No wonder they constantly change their name and have their building locked!! This is the most dishonest Company I have ever dealt with!!

If you are an applicant good luck hearing back about your application . Perhaps they conduct great credit checks for the owners , but they don't care about you if you are an applicant. I submitted an application and requested Tanis contact me THREE times ; I guess she was too busy . Common courtesy to call or email someone back , especially in business. Not very professional or trust worthy . In the end, I called the office 5 days after turning in the application ..... REALLY does it take that long to run a credit check TANIS? Be honest and treat people better ! Disappointed!!!!!
