The repair process involves several steps and in order to keep you informed of your vehicle's repair status we send text and email updates throughout the repair process. We understand that being without your car is an inconvenience.
Get the name of the person(s) driving the other vehicle(s) involved along with their phone number, driver's license, vehicle license, insurance information. Also try to obtain any witness' name and number. Note the location, time and date. And, if you have a camera, take pictures. Contact the repair facility of your choice and have them set up a tow or appointment to get your vehicle in the shop.

My Husband hit a deer on a road trip 12 hours from home. Praise God he was okay, and Praise God they brought my car to Kevin Ball. The team at Kevin Ball was absolutely dreamy from beginning to end over two months later. If my car wouldn't have been so new, I'm sure they would have totaled it. Haven't had my vehicle fixed yet but set up a time to do so. The staff there are some of the nicest people you will ever meet, and take the time to explain everything you would need to know about what is going on with your vehicle,, as soon as mine has been repaired and I get it back, I will add to this review

I had a recent vehicle accident and the staff at Kevin Ball covered all the details from arranging our rental car while our vehicle was in the shop for repairs to talking with the other insurance company so adjustments could be made for further damages that were found. They did a wonderful detail job on the vehicle before it was returned to us probably the cleanest my car has ever been! This was the easiest part of the the whole car wreck related issues I had to deal with. Highly recommend!

The only place in the area that my husband will use for hail damage or any kind of automobile repairs. Kevin and all of his staff go out of their way to make your time with them the best possible experience! From the moment that you walk in the door until the moment that you are driving away you know that you have the best local professionals on the job! Sometimes they are very busy and there might be a little wait time, but you will definitely be glad that you waited! We have actually used them for 3 different vehicles so it's not a one time reviewer comments here.

Great experience from start to finish. Communication about what was going on with my truck was great. The truck looked like new inside and out when I got it back. The only complaint I had was with the time but that was out of the shops control. GM was on strike and I was informed why the delay was occurring.

We had an amazing experience. We were updated daily on the progress of our car. The job was completed on time. All the staff we friendly and helpful. The car looked great when we got it back and the detail job made our car look brand new. I would highly recommend this company and if we ever need work done we will definitely be back.
