I would stay away from this company! My entire refinance process was an absolute fiasco from start to finish. It took nearly 2 months to complete and my phone calls were rarely returned when I would call Grant to get an update. I ended up leaving voicemails with Tom the president but would get more lies from them as to the reason for the delays. I finally closed with a higher rate then promised with higher closing costs.
