John Trotman is one of the most honest and hard working people I have ever met. He helped me and my wife navigate through buying our first house, and kept us informed at every step of the way.
He takes pride in helping people realize their dreams and even though our situation wasn’t an easy one he stuck though and fought with us. Even when others said the numbers wouldn’t work John was able to dig deeper and see what other loan officers overlooked.

We had a great experience! As a first time home buyer John worked with us for months to get us where we needed to be to get the financing we wanted. He was available 24/7always keeping us in the loop. When we found our house everything on his end and with his team went seamlessly. I would highly recommend John and his team to everyone!

I highly recommend John Trotman at Heritage Mortgage. My husband and I recently built a home and worked with John for our financing.
