We have a very unusual business type, and had a stupid time trying to change our insurance carrier for E&O and general, until we found Joe Jaynes. He was on the ball throughout the 2 month underwriter research and refinement process, and I don't have to do this again for awhile. Highly recommend Joe and his team.

Due to my schedule, I’ve been putting off writing a review for Joe's Agency. However, I had to stop what I was doing when I was copied on an email one morning understanding that he is working for me even when I’m wasnt aware of it. They are always on it, even when I don’t know it. Making the transition from State Farm to J&A Insurance has proved to be an excellent decision.

Dealt with Joe since I became a consultant after retirement. Joe recommended the appropriate policy for the needed coverage and it was reasonably priced. My questions were always answered promptly and renewal documents sent in a timely fashion. I moved to South Carolina and could not continue dealing with J & A and wish I could find the same level of service here.
