Trying to get a felony expunction in California (2 different counties and cases) while living in a different state, during a pandemic, was overwhelming. I am greatly appreciated to have had Sergio Benavides as my attorney. He was very professional, patient, understanding and helpful. Our court date was during the pandemic, but that did not stop Mr. Benavides from doing a great job.
