Steve Longinotti, Physical Therapist at Bowen Hefley, always does a great job. He's very good at explaining what each exercise is designed to do and after each visit I can definitely feel progress. The physical therapy department is well organized and efficient, which makes it easy to schedule PT sessions around my work schedule.

When deciding we needed to refer me to Ortho for further work up for my knee, I asked my PCP to refer me to this office because of their good reviews on google. I was a little disappointed the week of the appointment because I never got any kind of confirmation call or text reminding me of my appt. not a huge deal because it’s ultimately my responsibility to keep up with, but they have several office locations and I had no idea where I was going. I called the day before to get all that information myself. I felt like the receptionist was annoyed with me when I called to ask about my appointment

Kenneth Weaver is one of the best ortho specialists in the state especially with the complex joints (shoulder, hip knee)! Was able to get in quick. He does a great job of explaining what happened to you, what your plan is and what will happen if you don't fix your issue (and uses visual aids throughout). Very positive and jovial as appropriate. Made sure my 16yo understood what was going on with his knee and made him comfortable. The nurse working with Ken is awesome as well and she treated him the same. He will not rush to put you on surgery table unless you really need it. Office staff are great
