They told me I needed an MRI done. They scheduled it . Then a few days later they tell me that my insurance will not cover it. I call my insurance and they said the doctor at Conway orthopedic put down in the paperwork that it was medically unnecessary. I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE EVER AGAIN!! COMPLETE WASTE OF MY TIME!!

I went in and seen Dr Ghormely for a torn meniscus, after surgery Knee surgery he gave me enough pain medicine for 5 days, And when I called to try and get more the nurses contacted me back 4 days later to tell me he couldn’t give me anymore. Then after being off 4 weeks and them having my paperwork for shirt term disability calling me telling me about the fees to fill them out I’m still waiting for them to do that mind you I’ve been off over a month without pay and there still not done. You have to call for hours to get an answer DO NOT expect a call back for at least 3 days after you leave

Took my 13 year old there for an injury to his wrist. The APRN advised he would benefit from a wrist brace (which he wore less than a week). Mind you, this is the same brace you can buy at Wal-Mart for $20. The only difference is that they have their name on the brace. Just got my bill in from this visit. They've charged me $315 for his brace. I called to question the charge and was just told, "Yeah...sorry". The billing worker was apologetic sounding, but I'm stuck w/this $315 charge. If they try to give you a brace, I would suggest you decline it and find a reasonably priced one at Wal-Mart,

I was referred to Dr Bennett by the ER doctor due to a fractured leg from a car accident. I never saw Dr Bennett I always saw his PA Nikki Rogers. After putting me in a boot for 6 weeks for the fracture I kept telling her that my foot hurt to walk on it and I couldn’t wear a shoe. She sent me to physical therapy for 6 weeks. After the 6 weeks it still hurt and she told me it was a bruise. I decided to see a podiatrist for a second opinion and ended up having 2 stress fractures, nerve damage and a neuroma all due to the wreck that was not treated. Fixed my husbands knee when it got broken at work ! Surgery went perfectly !! He did more then expected during surgery so he would be able to walk on it for the rest of his life without having to have another surgery ( my husband is a big & tall man) so this was extremely important to us. He took extra care during surgery & after because my husband has had a pulmonary embolism in the past so preventing blood clots was essential ! He is very knowledgeable & extremely friendly ! Skilled hands in surgery Great doctor… will always recommend him for all your orthopedic needs … we will always use

As a nurse with 42 years experience, I will just say that one of the very first precepts I learned in nursing school was: Pain is whatever your patient tells you it is. Please don't dismiss someone when they tell you they are having pain, even though their incision "looks great." I felt very devalued and dismissed today. And still in pain.

So thankful for this Urgent Care and great healthcare providers like Tiffany Epperson! I fell and injured myself at home and had such a great experience in getting into the Conway Orthopedic Urgent Care within only a few hours. In the past year or so I have had two different family members see Doctor Ghormley for different symptoms. He ordered an MRI for one and when we went back he basically told us what he saw but did not adequately explain a possible cause and worse basically offered little direction on possible treatments. She is now seeing a different orthopedic doctor and we’re actually getting somewhere. My other family member very recently saw Ghormley and instead of an injection like the previous doctor administered he prescribed something and then wouldn’t listen to her questions or let her discuss treatment

If I could give a lesser star I would. This staff and receptionist especially is incompetent and rude to boot. My family member went in for a check up after knee replacement. They called previously to confirm the appointment. Good to go, show up, receptionist, "we're going to have to reschedule you for Thursday." This is to a person in their 80's and live a bit far from Conway. Family member ask if the doctor is there, receptionist, "yes but he is busy and cannot see yo today." After getting told how jacked up that type of scheduling is being ran, said family

Don't take your American Express card. I arrived on time as a new patient and filled out all the paperwork. I have Health Advantage with BCBS. When the lady called me up for the co-pay my card was declined because they don't take American Express. This was the only form of payment I brought. The lady called back to ask if Dr. Howell if would Just bill me and he said I would need to reschedule. Really, Dr. Howell? You couldn't take a chance on me for my $45 co-pay?

The Doctors are great. But the staff are a joke. If you needs papers filled out for F.M.L.A. or insurance expect to be charged 50 dollars for the service. Trying to get medical records sent to insurance companies or even trying to get them yourself. Forget about it. I have been trying to get either one for two weeks and still waiting. I will not be using this office ever again. I will tell my physician to refer me any place else but here.

I had the only bad medical experience of my life at this clinic. I had been having shoulder pain for several years and I had been given shots twice in my shoulder which were effective and gave relief for a long time. I had just moved to Conway so I went to this clinic and was sent to Dr. Dodge whom I had never seen and knew nothing about. He was horrible to me.
