I am grateful for their exterior lights. I caught a flat on I35 in the middle of the night. No tow company would come to help me. A kind stranger stopped and changed the tire. Wouldn't accept a dime for his time and efforts. I'm in the market for an RV. I'll be sure to come back to check their inventory 😊

Rey and his team are very adept at what they do, and what they do is diagnose whatever issues that you have with your rig and get them fixed in a timely manner at a fair price. I wouldn't trust any other repair company like I do these folks, we also purchased our coach here, we just had our generator repaired there, that's a big time issue, parts had to be ordered, generator had to be broken down, brushes and fuel filter replacement, an absolute fantastic diagnoses and replacement, also big thanks to Danny, Brandon, James and all the other folks who had a hand in getting us back on the road ~~

I am giving this dealership 5 stars for it's integrity. We flew from Georgia to purchase a motorhome. It didn't work out, but it isn't because this dealership didn't do everything possible to make it work for us. There was absolutely no high pressure. The owner is a "salt of the earth" kind of person that seems to want to do whatever it takes to make the customer happy. Everyone in the office was extremely helpful and if I was to purchase from them I would definitely use Josh for our salesperson. They are very personable and appear to be service minded BUT. Buyer Beware. They say “ we do a complete inspection so getting an inspection would be just wasting $900. Get the inspection. They also promote…. Everything working just like it came out of the factory. I am not going to list all the items I have found but I am close to $4000 into repairs and not finished yet. With RV prices steadily going up you would at least like to deal with people who are honest. I am sure they have some good RVs there just don’t trust what your told. I only have myself to blame for being to gullible

Thank you Sunny and Ray! I had what I thought was a major problem with the transmission on my RV. Ray in the service department asked to drive it around the lot. Five minutes later he returned with the solution. I was worried for nothing. Ray and Sunny were extremely courteous and patient in explaining the issue. Then he said "no charge, have a nice day". Wow! I owe a big thanks to the people of the I-35 RV Service Department. I even received a follow up call from Sunny making sure all was ok. What great service!

Worst customer service ever. After we purchased our RV our calls we're not returned. They promised to send us a part. After waiting months it turned out to be the wrong part. It took a dozen unreturned calls to find out that our paperwork was never submitted to the title clerk. I give this business a zero.

We brought our 2009 Winnebago Access to consignment at I-35 RV in Denton. When we brought the RV in they asked what my bottom line was for a price, we needed I told them 40K. The day I arrived I-35 went over our RV and I was told the tires looked great and the RV looked great. The first call from I-35 RV was they wanted me to replace the tires. They wanted me to come down on my price. The next call was they had it sold to a cash buyer, but she is paying for their service center to go over everything. Then I get a call from Mike (the owner of I-35 RV) asking if I would take 38K and they have it

We bought an R V from them in 2018. The process was a really great experience. You can leisurely shop without pressure until you make your decision. We traveled until November 2020 and had a great time. Now we have returned it to them to sell for us, and they did so within 2 months. I highly recommend 1-35 RV Center in Denton, Texas!!

Found more Used Class A Diesel Pushers here then any 6 new or used dealers I shopped. The service I received was excellent, I liked there golf carts as a means of getting around this huge center. I was made to feel comfortable and treated fairly. I was surprised at the emphasis on service and the amount of space I-35 RV allocates. I'm happy with my results!

Well I called this morning on an RV my hubby and I were very interested in. Spoke with a salesman in detail about the unit, drive over an hour to see said unit. Upon inspection the unit has had a cat living in it and all the negative scratches and smells. Sales team tried to camouflage with AC on high and scented packs around the unit. This information should have been divulged prior to our arrival.

My wife and I had found this place on google. We checked it out and they had a fantastic inventory of used RVs. The staff was friendly and very knowledgeable and ready to help out.
Crystal Anderson was our salesperson and she was amazing!! She had all the answers to our questions. She helped us out tremendously at every turn. She went way out of her way to help us out!!

Unprofessional business. Would not trust or waste time looking at an rv here. Spent 3 days viewing RVs, test driving and negotiating price with a trade. Was on a time crunch and waited 2 days for a finance approval that was $40k different (obviously higher) than the agreed prices of my trade and the purchase price of the new rv!!!!! What a waste of time. They tried to blame the bank, but this has nothing to do with the bank and was all due to a misrepresentation of the deal to me!!!! Impeccable service and they keep their word. I purchased an RV from this company, it was sold on consignment. They arranged delivery all the way to Virginia (my home). I never saw this rv in person before I purchased, so I trusted them to inspect it. They did, but missed a few things.
So, I took delivery and realized that a few items didn't work. But, not their fault, it was missed during their pre delivery inspection. Anyway, the company owner contacted me, apologized, and asked me to get an estimate for the repair. I did, and he sent me a check to take care of the costs.

This place is the used car lot of RV dealers in the Dallas area. While you are looking around and "kicking the tires" on the lot they will be your best friend, so helpful in showing all the coaches on the lot, explaining their great service department and all the services and checks they do on the vehicles and trailers, my salesman even called to follow up about about my thoughts and questions. They talk a great game...until you hand them the check. They will say anything to make the sell but once they got your money, they will forget your name and act like they didn't even sell

My husband and I stopped to look at RV's. We are buying one and really don't know what we want. Mike went in to the office, a man said "can I help you?" Mike said "yes, we want to look at RV's" the man said "someone will help you". He then walked off back into the office. Mike waited 10-15 minutes. No one came out. We left. With the amount of money we were about to spend someone should have offer end him a seat and a beverage if it was going to be a while. Shoot if someone had acknowledged him in any way during his wait it would have been fine.

After planning on heading out for a weekend camping trip we found that the deep cycle battery wasn't charging as it should and had no clue what was wrong. The big chain RV service shop up the street couldn't fit us in on the same day and after calling around to several RV service shops found that no one else could fit us in either. One of the shops said that several of their mechanics just went to I-35 RV and suggested I give them a call. I'm so glad I did! I spoke with Craig and after explaining our issue (as best as I could) over the phone and that we were hoping to be on the road
