Done right used to be in Joppa MD. I used them alot over a couple years, was very happy with them, spent a good amount of money with them. Then out of the blue I called to get some more work done and was told they are out of the auto mechanic business all of a sudden, they moved to Essex without a word to anybody, don't get it. What if you needed warranty issues? Please explain this guys. Been over a year now, and I miss your service. Wish you would of let your customers know what's up.

After my experience, I believe every positive review here is either from a bot, a friend of an employee, or fake account from the company.
The laziest staff possible has been selected for the simple task of towing vehicles. Not only did they have the wrong information for the vehicle I needed towed but instead of working with me to figure it out, the waste of time driver simply sat around waiting for the dispatcher to call back. When I called the company's direct line, the "who is this?" Answer to my call told me I was in for a unnecessarily complicated conversation with a person

Hands down the best towing experience I have ever had. My Tesla had a flat tire and needed to be towed. After the initial tow company called by a trooper damaged my vehicle while loading and insisted “Teslas aren’t designed for towing on a flatbed”, Done Rite came in and saved the day. My gem of a tow operator, John V, instantly made me feel at ease as he explained his training regarding cars like mine. He flawlessly loaded it and unloaded the vehicle at the Tesla service location. On top of his expertise, he was kind, professional and shared more of his knowledge during our ride. Hopefully

I was recommend this place on a Facebook community page when I needed help with disconnecting my top lights on my Jeep to pass inspection and nobody was able to do it or they told me it was illegal. John made it quick and easy for me to come to his shop and he just unconnected them right then and there at no charge. If it wasn’t for him I would have been a confused girl from WV trying to get her car inspected in the strict vehicle state of Maryland. I will definitely be back to get the rest of my fixings at this shop! He was very helpful and I’m sure the rest of the team is just as well from

The driver was so helpful and accommodating and got me to my dealer with 10 minutes to spare on short notice. He was pleasant and understanding. It is hard to find people who love what they do. However, when you find service like this...it is obvious that he does. I will recommend their service.
