Tunie's is more than a market. Yes, we go to great lengths to only stock and sell the highest-quality groceries and supplements at unbeatable prices, but our commitment to our community doesn't end there. We strive not only to provide the best in customer service and free health education, but to meet the particular health needs of each individual customer.
At Tunie's Fresh Pet Market, we understand that pets are family. And if you'll settle for nothing but the best for your family, shouldn't you do the same for your cat or dog? The world of raw, organic, and all-natural pet food can be confusing and overwhelming, but it doesn't have to be. Your pet's diet has an immense effect on their wellbeing, and making a significant switch could be just the ticket to a lot more tail wags and toothy grins.

I went to Tunie's because I needed to grab my "swag bag" from their 21st Annual Wellness Webinar. It's usually in person, but ya know.. 'Rona. I highly recommend this event whether in person or webinar. It's free! I think when it was in person they offered "VIP" tickets.
I used to go to the Fort Lauderdale Tunie's location which was AWESOME - really sad they closed down. When I picked up my bag, I noticed the only people working there were teens just standing around gossiping, not doing much. I looked around and grabbed a couple items, but their produce

Although I love the service from the employees, I'm pretty disappointed about my last experience there.
I went shopping for my iron supplements the other day with my boyfriend, after being helped by a wonderful associate (I believe her name was Hayley?), I went to the register. As I was ringing up the iron, my boyfriend offered to pay for the ovega supplements since they were a little pricey. The cashier (who didn't respond to us when we said hi or seem remotely interested in her job), rang up the iron, bagged it, put the receipt in the bag. Then she rang up the ovega, I didn't see

I have hiatorically patronized this store (at different times, all three locations which they had) NOT because the prices are great, but because it is a local alternative to corporate brands and, most of all, because they sometimes have good deals on items on clearance/items which they are no longer carrying.
The custimer aervice on the floor has usually been decent, but not so much at the register.
I would say just on clearance items alone I spend over $100/month here (2-3 trips of $30-40 each) for many years. Usually i throw in a few regular priced items such as snacks or toiletries as well

Hey Guys!
I'm always a little uneasy buying gifts for my Lady especially clothing.
The ladies at Tunie's put me at ease-they were able to even model the jacket I bought and my wife loves it!
Just letting the guys known that all the gifts and clothing I've got from Tunie's have been a hit with my Lady.
You've got to shop here for her this Christmas- Best Mike B

The ladies who work here are knowledgeable on the products carried. I purchase my Fly London and Bedstu shoes from here on discount, always! They are pricey but the quality holds up for ten years plus!
The clothing isn't my personal jam but it is very beautiful!
It would be cool to see more local artists work in there as well!

To needs is a great place to buy vitamins, healthy food options, beauty products & more. They even have consultants in the store to assist, answer questions and make recommendations.
This location also offers a Big Mike's Cafe with Bakery products smoothies & juices.
I feel healthier just walking through the store! Lol

I'm so in love with this store. It's super clean and they only have the highest quality products without the high cost. Im addicted to teas! In the past, I usually order them from amazon because they are hard to find in local stores. But amazon does over charge for these products. But I guess you are paying for the convenience I found pretty much all the products and paid almost half of amazon's price. This is my new Heath store. I even registered for a membership card. I highly recommend this store

Tunies is a pretty decent spot to pick up vitamins, snacks, frozen treats and more... but what Tunies could really capitalize on, and especially this location since it's a few doors down from the gym is having a hot food bar with food already cooked.
Tons and tons of gym goers are always looking for some good clean protein and clean carbs and from what I hear in the gym, they usually end up going to another grocery store not too far from here that usually has chicken, broccoli and rice or potatoes always available for lunch.
I'm sure, as usual behavior would indicate, if they did this

There is a disgusting and nasty team member who works there. I kindly asked her a simple question for a product I spent 10 mins trying to find. She looked at me in a piercing way and rudely said "whatever is there is there". Then I asked her again just in case she didn't hear me properly....(I mean she's customer service right?)
She then snarled at me saying "i don't know what's in the back - check whatever is there". I felt almost threatened by her attitude and lack of empathy concerning customer service. I don't know if she had a bad day but it shouldn

South Florida health food store, cupcakes not apples. We have lived in Parkland for years and I've successfully avoided Tunies that long. Decided to peek in on day after the gym.
Was thrilled to find a few of my go-to Asian products. Miso soup mix, yay! I am not much for the supplement stuff but they have plenty for those who use them.
Purchased a nice looking bag of organic apples. Unfortunately, the apples were mealy and I had to throw them out. I don't recall the exact price but that was close to $6.00 and straight into the garbage.
Big Mike's bakery is now located in

I love look at and make jewelry and figured I’d stop by this place to see what they have. The place smelled like moldy clothes. The woman at the counter did not greet me due to my appearance, as she pleasantly greeted the two women who entered after me who were dressed fancier and were more her type of client I guess. I don’t like supporting places that judge people instead of being open to clients. I wasn’t impressed with their overpriced jewelry but if the person running the store had been nicer I would’ve been more interested in their second hand looking shoes and clothes. Not impressed

Today was my first visit to a Tunies and I left with mixed feelings.
Observations:
(1) Many gluten-free items possibly more than most other stores
(2) My usual cereal, normally purchased at Whole Foods, at a lower price
(3) A favorite brand of tea at a lower price than elsewhere but the variety I wanted was missing and I was told it had been on back-order for quite a while
(4) Many BOGOs but I wasn't familiar enough to know if they were good deals
(5) Plenty of employees offering assistance
(6) Bright, uncluttered isles
(7) Broad selection of health / supplement products
(8) Limited produce

Sometimes you just have to shake your head when it comes to customer service... or lack of!
I called Tunies Health store to see if they carried Chanca Piedra. The girl said they have it and I asked what time they closed. I told her we would drive over.
We drove the 15 miles over there....only to find out that the product was out of stock!
When I told the two girls at the counter that she should have told me that it was out of stock before we drove all the way over there, the one employee mumbled "sorry about that" as she continued munching on potato chips!
Tunies used to be so

When I lived in Coral Springs, Tunies was the place to go when I needed organic items or supplements because they try to stock items with little ingredients. The prices were always much lower than Whole Foods (which we all knew drove up every single item)
My opinion changed today. Walking in, you see BUY ONE GET ONE FREE and immediately start thinking you're going to spend because you're saving plenty stocking up on their BOGO. Going to my go to item (garden of life meal replacement) I see the price was about $62.. when amazon, Whole Foods, 4th generation market, and vitamin shoppe
