The management team is absolutely incompetent. They don't understand how to NOT play favorites. They let their employees sit around on their phones all day. The reason they're so slow is because they fire the employees who actually are able to and know how to move the orders along. Not only do they fire people, they do it with no explanation and the management team doesn't even give the notice themselves. Never do business with them.

They claim to offer expedited machining services with parts available between 24 hours and 1 week, depending on what you're willing to pay. The first time I ordered parts from them, they were not able to provide parts faster than a week plus a day, but I forgive them, since if your machines are booked, there's not much you can do about it. Of the parts I received from them, though, many were out of spec or were missing operations (e.g. a hole that was supposed to be drilled wasn't, other holes were undersized).
