Rock Tool and Machine has become a dynamic leader over the last 50 years in the fields of High & Low Pressure Aqueous Cleaning, Automated Assembly Systems and Leak Test Machines. We also provide details, fixtures, tools, jigs, low volume production machining and prototype machining. Our goal is to build and expand upon our continuing success and steer our controlled growth into new markets and new processes.
Rock Tool is expert in production leak test systems using air decay, dunk testing or a combination of both. We have experience with most of the available air decay leak test controllers and we pride ourselves in building robust handling and sealing systems for production test applications. Rock Tool has been building presses for over 45 years. We offer a custom designed system to meet your plant specification. From small 1 to 10 ton presses to our "Heavy Duty" 3 to 50 ton models. We design and build a variety of assembly equipment using electric, pneumatic, air over oil and hydraulic assembly devices.
Rock Tool has in house High Pressure testing capable of up to 20,000 psi. We help our customers to determine the best cleaning process by testing their parts using different tooling and pressures. We can also do Press testing using our in house hydraulic press. In conjunction with our DELTA FORCE monitor system we can help determine force requirements for an application.
A large part of our business here at Rock Tool is detail and fixture work. Rock Tool has a large and modern machine shop with the ability to manufacture all kinds of special details, perishable tooling, special fixtures and jigs.
Our shop includes the normal tool room lathes and Bridgeport milling machines but we also have an extensive precision grinding department, several precision CNC Machining Centers, CNC Lathes, a boring mill and a CNC Wire EDM Machine.We have a welding department fully equipped to meet any of your needs.
