I took my Dell laptop to PC Paramedix because the battery stayed hot and the speakers did not work right. It was fixed and now it works better than when I first bought it. I went to get my computer fixed for my birthday. i told them that my charger won’t stay in the hole, it won’t hold a charge, and it’s really slow. the only thing they fixed was the part where the charger stay in the charging hole. i paid over a 1000 dollars for a slow computer? and not only that but it took a month to fix it.
