I honestly couldn’t ask for a better facility for treatment. The Doctor here is a sweetheart. The staff does their best to accommodate you with your schedule which is awesome. The hospitality here is wonderful. Everyone makes you feel very welcome. The overall energy is pleasant and everyone show shows kindness. I can truly say this was my second family from the way the staff shows hospitality. I will be stopping by as often as I can to show my thankfulness.

I have been coming to BodyWorks for 5 years and I wouldn't go anywhere else. I had been with my previous chiropractor for over 15 years and although they had helped me at first, I didn't feel like I was a priority with them anymore. I am a difficult to treat patient because I have fibromyalgia but Dr. Kara does a great job. She is always willing to listen if I have a new problem and offer suggestions for what I can do at home to help myself. She is extremely fair with her rates. Since they became a Medical Center they have so many other options to help pain besides chiropractic. It is a one stop

I’ve only been coming here for 2 weeks or so now and I’ve been told that I have improved already! I went to a different chiropractor and I was told my spine needed to just be adjusted but in my head I felt they were wrong! Everyone there is very nice and care about you and explain to what is going on. They want to see you succeed! I even got my boyfriend to come in and get checked out! I love the environment they set for you, they make you feel welcomed and they remember your names! Lol

I came here with low back pain due to a pretty serious spin issue. I'm in week 6 of physical therapy and am feeling so much better, so much stronger. The care I get is top-notch. Everyone is super knowledgeable and professional. They've also been very flexible with some of the changes I've had to make in my care plan. I highly recommend Bodyworks!!

Back story, I had surgery on my L5-S1 4 years ago. I also work in freight operations (lifting heavy things) for an industrial supply company and I'm on my feet all day in boots. I was doing great the next couple of years after my surgery. But the last 10-12 months my lower back has been slowly experiencing pain. Again. I came in here for a problem with my forearm. I have had issues in the past with plantar fasciitis and low back issues. The staff is friendly and great. I met most of them at various times and it was always nice to chat with them. Even the ones pricking me with needles haha. I liked the physical therapy that they put me on. I have really bad flexibility and this helped. They even test you a couple times to see marked improvement. Seeing the progress was refreshing. I wish they would provide some sort of massage. Sorry to say there was no improvement in his pain. They really push stem cell therapy and after much research decided if you going to go that route go to a pain therapy MD for it. Someone that is certified in stem cell replacement therapy

I feel like I've given ample time to post an honest review.
My #1 fear in life = Chiropractors. No joke, you know the "one wrong move of the neck" fear. Absolutely terrified. What forced me to face my #1 fear was migraines/headaches. I've gone my whole life with them but in the last few years they had been getting worse and worse with the last year having them on a daily basis. I was ruining my stomach and whole body with harsh drugs ie: Excedrin Migraine in which I now have to seek additional help for.

I have been a patient of Dr Kara and Mark for about 3 months now. It was my first time going to a chiropractor and I was both nervous and doubtful they would be able to help with my back pain. I could not be happier now that I have been coming for several months.

I first came into BodyWorks very skeptical of the Chiropractic practice in general, after I had a bad experience with another office (not affiliated with BodyWorks) a few months earlier. The BodyWorks staff is very friendly, the office is very clean and pleasant. Dr. Kara could tell right away that I was skeptical and talked me through my past experience and explained to me how BodyWorks would handle my care. I have to see a chiropractor at least once a week, so it is important that I had someone who I felt comfortable with since we would be seeing each other so often. I am not a fan of the chiropractic chains that are out there so I was looking for a family owned type of place. They provide a relaxed environment as well as try to educate you throughout the adjustment process.
The adjustment tables are in the middle of the open room with a small partition separating the different areas, which is a little out of the ordinary. But it is pretty interesting to see someone else get adjusted while you wait

I have been to numerous chiropractors over the years and my experience at Bodyworks has been both excellent and unique. They insist that each patient stretches their muscles when they arrive (prior to any treatment). This both ensures that we are stretching in general and helps prepare us for the treatment. Dr. Kara and Dr. Mark are super personable and everyone in the office is relaxed and friendly. Happy patient!
