I booked a cleaning session through Dapper Maids and will never do it again.
Although Jayla showed up to clean, my house wasn't any different when I came home. In addition to having a discussion of what I wanted done, I left a detailed list of what I wanted her to accomplish, but none of it was completed. I took pictures and sent them. I tried to give her an opportunity to explain, but after my 1st 2 texts, it was obvious she blocked my number. I requested a refund with the company, and she has 7 days to respond. I doubt she will refund my money and I won't be using Dapper maids any

Do not use this company. 5/6 cleanings were a disaster. Cleaners don’t show up or show up 3 hours late without communication. The cleanings themselves are overall mediocre at best. Customer service is HORRIBLE. They will charge you a early termination fee if you don’t keep the membership for 6 months even though cleaners don’t show up.

I bought a Groupon for Cozy Maid/Dapper Maid/Homeaglow . They sent me a cleaner that scratched my stainless steel dishwasher and I just wanted it repaired. I asked about insurance and they said they don’t have insurance. They have avoided the claim and offered me a credit for more cleaning service., They will not call me back to work with me.

I purchased a Groupon and it was for 4 hours. It is very misleading. The cleaner told me he is a surface cleaner, but for 4 hours and based on the description on the website of what is covered I expected more. I had to ask the cleaner about each thing that was listed and if he would do them. He was very nice but it doesn't appear that he was a cleaner. He said he was not a maid but a surface cleaner. That made no sense. It was nothing like the service I got with another company. I was not impressed.

Scam. They will take ur money and never send anyone to clean. The website will say it was completed when it never was. I can’t believe Groupon keeps selling their fraud vouchers under different names. Neither Cozy maids, dapper maids or Groupon have a customer service number. Been trying to get my money back for months.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. We have used this company a few times, and we have had a couple cleaners who were great and did a great job; however, REPEATEDLY, the company/cleaners cancel very last minute. They are also incredibly nonresponsive and don't even have a phone number you can call. We were supposed to have a cleaner here today at noon. I confirmed the appointment last night and again today at 11:30. Then around noon (when the appointment was supposed to start) I all of a sudden get a text from the cleaner, Melanie, saying I need to reschedule. I called and it went right to Melanie

Yup. Scam company. I bought a Groupon for Cozy Maids but the sign-up/registation re-routed to Dapper Maids. The cleaner was fine, but Dapper Maids made it impossible to apply coupon. Total scam. No phone number. "Auto help" has a loop that never addresses the question (payment/apply group on). No help at all. I highly recommend you avoid this company!

This is the absolute worst service I've ever seen. They changed my originally scheduled appointment from a Monday to a Friday. Friday came and an hour before my scheduled appointment I received a text saying that it had been moved from 1pm to 6:30pm. I received a call from the cleaner at 5:30 to ask if I could reschedule! We agreed to Saturday morning. The cleaner never showed and did not respond to my messages. Dapper Maids rescheduled this to 11am noting I would be contacted directly by the cleaner. Again...no call/no show. Save your money and go elsewhere

Scheduling is a nightmare with this company. The cleaner for my first appointment contacted me at the very last minute saying she had a babysitter problem and that she'd "let me know." I had to go to work, so I asked to reschedule. She agreed and asked me when I wanted. It took her 2 days to respond to my request. That didn't work so I tried another. Eventually it took 5 days before I gave up. I rescheduled with another cleaner. No confirmation until the day of my appointment and was told that my chosen cleaner wasn't available. Do not allow them in your home unless you are there to make sure you get what you pay for. We paid extra for baseboards and fridge cleaning, as well as a whole house cleaning.
They mopped the floors, did some dishes, organized the beds, and cleaned the mirrors. Drywall from a thermostat installed a few days prior and juice splash from a spilled cup was still there when we got home, showing they didn't touch the baseboards. The fridge hadn't been touched, inside or out. Crumbs from my step sons breakfast (as well as his pjs) were still in his high chair.

I am absolutely dissatisfied with this company! The cleaner I had was great. The cleaners I have talked to have been respectful and kind. However, this company and system is HORRID!!! I never complain, but they need to be stopped. First of all, you can set your appointment very far in advance; however, the cleaner doesn't have to accept or notify you if they are taking the job until 24-48 hrs before the appointment. So, if nobody picks up your appointment, then you are stuck! Twice I have had people accept the appointment, and then cancel within the same few minutes of confirming the appointment

After getting a confirmation the day before, the cleaner never showed up. There was no contact number for the company. I could text the cleaner, but she (Alyssa) would not respond. There was a phone number for that text, but it always went to voicemail. Terrible experience, wish I could give 0 stars.

This company is a scam!! I purchased a groupon for Dapper Maids and it is a front for Bubbly Cleaning. THE WORST company I have EVER dealt with in my life!! You will not be able to reach anyone by phone, text, or email. They treat their cleaners like slaves. I've booked three appointments because for each appointment a maid confirms but doesn't show up. On the day of the appointments they get stuck in traffic, experience car trouble or some emergency happens.
In the time spent waiting for Dapper Maids I could have cleaned 3 times over.
The travesty in this is that there's no way to talk to a live person. When the maids don't show an automatic message populates, apologizing.

THIS IS A SCAM. My cleaner, Jerome, literally did not clean a single thing. I couldn't believe it. I then received an email asking me to review him, but the button to submit the review didn't work -- again, TOTAL SCAM. I wrote the Dapper Maids help team and recieved no response. I wasted $100 for a service I did not receive. I will be contacting Groupon for a refund, but I strongly advise you to not waste your time and money with this joke of a company. I'm so, so, so upset with this experience. I can't believe what a scam this is.

I booked an appointment. I received two confirmations for the appointment, so the initial experience went really well. Then, Ralph (confirmed cleaner) never showed up. I received no communication and there isn't a customer service phone number to call.
I would absolutely NOT recommend this company. It seems like a sham.
