Earlier and earlier we left for work. On those too-short mornings we had to set our priorities: clean hair, yes; herding dust bunnies, no.
So the dance with local maid services began. One lost Amelia's house keys. Another showed up at Gina's place, filthy mops in hand. Clear communication with the staff was a challenge and our front doors revolved with different cleaning crews each week. We had cleaned our way through college to pay the rent - we could do it again, right?

We've been servicing downtown Jersey City since 2014 with maid service you can trust to clean your apartment, condo or townhome. Leave the house cleaning to us and get back to doing much better things.
How many people will be cleaning my home? We work as a minimum, two-member team - but may often send a third team member to expedite your home cleaning. How long will an initial appointment take? We bill in 15 minute increments and have the following minimums: Studio = 1.5hrs, 1 bed/1 bath = 2 hrs, 2 bed/2 bath = 2.5 hrs.

Marleen & Veronica came to clean for my very first cleaning and they did a great job! They cleaned our office first so we could continue working while they cleaned the rest of the apartment! They were super efficient and so respectful and kind. Looking forward to our next cleaning .

Elyzabeth and Valentina were amazing. After our first cleaning didn't fit the bill with some misses, they came and saved the day and our apartment is now spotless. They took such care and made sure we were happy. They also went through any concerns we may have had and I felt confident that they were doing their job.

I am new to the JC area and have used Maid in JC about 6 times so far. I have used a lot of different cleaning services in my life and they are by far the most organized and professional. Everyone they have sent has been someone I felt completely comfortable having in my home (and, believe me, that has not always been true with other services). Plus they do an excellent job cleaning. I've already scheduled additional visits and plan to continue to use them. Highly recommended.

April and Roxanne did an amazing job with our apartment! They were efficient, professional and very detailed oriented. I have used many cleaning services in the past and I always needed to point out little spots that they missed - not the case with April and Roxanne! They even went extra miles to clean the parts of my espresso machine. Hands down the best cleaning service in the area and will definitely be booking again.

So great!! Our apartment was an absolute mess and in about 3 hours it felt brand new thanks to Marleen and Mirian. We had to be in the apartment with our dog and cat while they were cleaning and they were extremely accommodating. We all wore masks and we secluded ourselves in another room while they worked their magic. They also found our airpods that we've been searching for for months! So happy we called them because our apartment looks incredible. I definitely recommend their services and we will be calling them again soon!

I had my forth condo cleaning with Mirian and Vonmarie and Marleny from Maid in JC today and it was wonderful. They were able to fit me in last minute with 24 hour notice. They where easy to chat with and pleasant. I stepped out to give them some space and was pleased with the progress upon my reentry.

First cleaning was done well but with an issue with one of the cleaners. This was relayed to the owners in a detailed message.
They seemed unconcerned with the quality of their cleaner and then promptly referred us to care.com.
This seemed unusual since one of the two cleaners was excellent and we wanted to continue with their services.
We would not recommend them to our friends.
