Shannon has been practicing in her field of massage therapy for more then a decade. Trained at The University Anchorage Alaska, her intense training in massage therapy focused on physiology, pathology and anatomy through massage. Her professional career has given her a range of experience in medical, chiropractic and day spa establishments.

She is passionate about health and feels it is the Cornerstone and Foundation of Life. She believes that massage is an outward expression of self care, the cornerstone of well being of mind, body and spirit. I recently had the pleasure of getting a 90-minute massage from Shannon. It was wonderful! Her technique was fluid, she knew exactly where to find the problem areas, and the pressure was perfect. She quickly picked up on the fact that I'm not much of a talker during a massage so she didn't try to engage me except to ask pressure was ok. I really appreciated that! Overall it was a great both relaxing and beneficial experience. I was much more limber and relaxed coming out than I was going in😌

Went in for a last minute Massage. Was able to create an appointment from the website (huge for me!). Appointment was great. Very professional, informed, and the results were amazing. Feeling 100% better! I went in due to neck and back pain. Thank You!

I just recently started seeing shannon. I have gotten massages from other massage therapists in town and none of them make me feel as relaxed and comfortable as she does. I was in a car accident recently and every time i leave her i cant even feel the damage that was done. I recommend her to all my friends and family. If you want a nice relaxing and rejuvenating massage. Shannon is your gal!

I’ve been to other massage therapy clinics in the past and they make you feel a little rushed so they can get to the next customer.
