With a clear vision set forth by founder Thomas Roake in 1977, we have grown to become a world leader in the manufacturing of precision hydraulic manifolds. Ever since our first manifolds hit the market, we have been considered the "gold standard" for these products and we continue to expand our capabilities to meet the needs of our customers.
With 40 Mazak Horizontal Machining Centers (HCN), 1 robotic loading vertical machining center, and two Mazak Palletech Systems, we have an unmatched level of speed and precision. We also have 3 Mazak Vari-Axis Machining Centers which give us 5-axis machining capabilities. We design our own fixturing for faster setup times, quicker machine loading, and increased flexibility for holding our manifolds.
A comprehensive Quality Management System is used to control every process at Tomenson Machine Works. We start by setting clear manufacturing objectives and standards for each product. We then develop or use already proven processes to ensure we meet these objectives. We meet our customers' requirements with thorough planning, continuous verification, and state-of-the-art equipment.
