Our patented Prospan products are cutting-edge in terms of safety for trench shoring applications. In most cases, plywood is unnecessary when using the Prospan, and your workers' safety is better ensured with our anti-projectile protection.
With its wide selection of extensions and end attachments, the Prospan air shoring provides an excellent means for applying additional support to the weakened or failing members of a structure. Where cave-in protection is needed, Prospan air shores have been engineered to bear directly against trench walls, eliminating the need for plywood in most circumstances.
OSHA compliant, the PRO-Lite aluminum shield (trench shoring box) is about as simple and user-friendly as it can get. Weighing in at only 75 Lbs. The PRO-Lite is so lightweight and easily assembled that a separate shoring trailer may not be needed at all. At only a few inches thick and a mere 36 tall, the PRO-Lite can be carried directly on most vehicles.
The Side Winder consists of a telescoping aluminum support (31-43.5) which is based on the principal of a screw-jack. The screw is shielded by an expanding aluminum tube which can be stopped at any point along its travel distance. The Side Winder is capable of supporting loads in excess of 14,000 pounds.
