Ryan Pendleton, DDS, provides compassionate orthodontic care at Pendleton Orthodontics in Leander, Texas. Dr. Pendleton grew up in Northridge, California. Since the age of ten, Dr. Pendleton knew he wanted to be an orthodontist. He completed his Bachelor of Science in sports medicine with high honors at Pepperdine University in Malibu, California.
Following his undergraduate degree, he attended the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), for his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree and graduated in 2004. He promptly entered a residency program after dental school to earn his certificate in orthodontics from the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine.

Dr. Pendleton and his team are absolutely amazing. I had braces as a kid, but unfortunately my teeth never ended up straight. I'm now in my 40s and Dr. Pendleton has me on Invisalign. It's amazing how quick, easy, and relatively less pain this is. (my teeth are usually only sore for a day when i change trays)
The thing I really appreciated was how much time, interest, and listening Dr. Pendleton did before we ever started. He answered all of my questions, and shared from his deep Knowledge and passion. Initially I came in for aesthetics, but learned that my bite needed correction for my teeth

Everyone is super friendly here. They are great with kids, even little ones who are patients here. They answer all your questions when you have them, and the staff are very personable. I wish I had an orthodontist like this place when I was a kid. I probably wouldn't have been as scared of the dentist if I went to a place like this when I was younger.

We love Pendleton Orthodontics! By the time our consultation was over we knew Dr. Pendleton was who we wanted as our orthodontist. My boys knew immediately. They felt like he listened to them and talked to them. He made them feel comfortable and heard. The staff is so kind, knowledgeable, and thorough in their explanations of treatments, and the front office girls are always so sweet and helpful! Highly recommend!!

I am almost at the end of my service for having braces. Dr. P and his staff are friendly, down to earth, and musically inclined people! They enjoy their career and have fun doing so, which makes it an atmosphere of them taking really good care of their clients! Both economically affordable-as he doesn’t charge for things you do not need. He has up to date technology and again he and his staff are super cool. I would recommend this Doc before any other Ortho.

It is not often that I'm impressed enough with a dentistry related office to write a review. These really are the most kind, happy, and knowledgeable bunch of folks you could possibly ask for. Dr Ryan was extremely thorough in his exam and treatment recommendations. Every other employee I interacted with, from the receptionist to the treatment coordinator, was incredibly patient and welcoming. Treatment prices are on par with other providers in Texas and they do accept insurance. It was also clear that they continue to follow current guidelines for covid infection prevention in healthcare

This is our family's first experience with orthodontics, and we could not be more pleased with Dr. Ryan and his wonderful staff. Dr. Ryan is patient, caring and meticulous, and his staff is kind and understanding as well. I feel confident that they truly have our son's needs in mind.
