Outstanding! Exceptional! I called alot of DME companies for several hours trying to locate a provider who would bill Medicare and allow me to pick up a walker in person. Medi-Source was wonderful! Russ billed Medicare and I picked up the walker for my husband. Didn't cost us any out of pocket. I am retired Nurse and I recommend them to everyone!

Medi-Source is outstanding. The rehab place Iwas at in Jacksonville Florida ordered a toilet raised platform. Medi-Source took it back and we got the the showerbench that would allow me to slide into shower over the tub wall. For less than 25 dollars Medi-Source assembled the shower bench and delivered it to our house. There was a big box store that would have sold this cheaper to us and only charge us a little over $60 dollars to assemble it for us.

Was in desperate need of a hospital bed for a family member who had been in a car accident. Everything was an ordeal EXECPT this company. Russ was able to get the bed and have it delivered the next day. At the last minute we had to change locations for the delivery. Russ didn't skip a beat and we still got it at the scheduled time 45 mins away from the original drop off. Delivery man was fast and friendly. Price was definitely fair. I pray that we do not have to do this again but if so I would use this company.

So helpful and professional! I spent hours on the phone calling all over the metro Atlanta area in search of help with my father's oxygen concentrator. Highly recommend! Very helpful staff. They patiently showed us the various options available for my dad. Once we ordered, the product was delivered quickly and set up for us. Never pay using a debit/credit card. This business keeps taking money out of my bank account without my authorization all because I made a one time payment on someone's behalf over the phone. I let them know I was making a one time payment for someone else. Now they won't stop STEALING MY MONEY, It has occurred 3 seperate times already. I have called multiple times and they still don't understand that this is not my financial responsibility and all of these transactions are unauthorized. They tell me they won't charge me anymore, I believe them and then a month or two passes

I just had the worst experience with this company ever! They have a one star rating because I couldn't give them a lower review. I have an elderly aunt in a rehab center and she wanted to rent a lift chair. I called this company on a Friday and was told to call on Monday. I called as soon as they opened Monday and I was guaranteed that it would be delivered on Tuesday. Around 4 pm on Tuesday, I called to verify why it hadn't been delivered yet and I was told it got held up in the truck somewhere and it couldn't be delivered until the next day.
