It was Good Friday, a beautiful spring day. She had just received a bathing suit in the mail, tried it on, and went outside to lay out in the driveway. Her Dad, Jerry, came home from work for a quick lunch and drove up the driveway - not expecting Cindy to be there. Our lives changed forever. Cindy has faced and overcome many challenges of being paralyzed.

A clear indication of this is that your urine will start flowing out of the catheter. A caution here is that once urine starts to flow out it will not stop until the bladder is completely empty. When the urine stops flowing out, it is indicative that the catheter should be removed, unless it is a long term use catheter.

My daughter had surgery back in May which left her unable to urinate on her own for about a month. We left the hospital with just enough catheters to get us through about 24hrs because we had already placed an order and FedEx was expected the next day. As the unexpected can always happen, the truck was late and we found ourselves on our last catheter. We called to find out if they were able to give us an eta. but, they did even better-they actually hand delivered us an order all the way from Woodstock (which is over an hour from us in Decatur) ABOVE AND BEYOND CUSTOMER SERVICE!! To see a 'one star' on this business makes me extremely upset. This company has gone above and beyond for my family multiple times. Once, they actually came out to the hospital on a Saturday so that we could have the medical supplies that we needed in order to be released from the hospital a couple of days early. Dallas has also gone out of his way to meet us on weekends for medical needs many times. My only wish is that I could give this company more stars.
