Our studio offers private, semi-private, prenatal/postpartum, aerial yoga/pilates and group Pilates instruction on state-of-the-art equipment.
Aerial/Hammock class provides an introductory to aerial fundamentals utilizing a combination of balance, strength, flexibility, and endurance to challenge each student's fitness level. Each class begins with a warm up on the floor and then in the apparatus. Students are navigated through modules of progressive poses and transitions focusing on technique, proper form, core strength, and endurance.
New state of the art sunless tanning solution and equipment made to give you an enriched healthy tan in a matter of minutes! Make sure your body is free of make-up, moisturizer, and deodorant. These can act as a barrier and block the tan, and cause an uneven tan or create discoloration. TIP: If you are booking a last minute tan, you can remove these in our salon.
