If a Death has occurred, please call us first at 610-750-5057, then complete the information below. Please note: The information you type here will be used on legal documents. How you type the word is exactly how it will appear on all legal documents. Therefore, please do not abbreviate words, spell correctly using proper capitalization and type full names or middle initials on everyone as-well as complete addresses.
The Authorized Representative(s) certify and represent that the remains delivered for cremation are those of the Deceased and the Authorized Representative(s) further represent that they have the right to control the disposition of said remains.
B. The Authorized Representative(s) understand that due to the nature of the cremation process, certain materials, including body prostheses, dental bridgework, dental fillings, or personal articles accompanying the remains will either be destroyed or will not be recoverable.

Even when the death is expected, the pain that loss brings can still be devastating. In truth, no one is completely prepared for the death of someone close to their heart.
At the Reading Cremation Society, we want to make making cremation arrangements for a loved one simple for you. We offer both, in house and online arrangements. We will gladly meet you at our office in Reading and sit down for a person to person question and answer conference.
