After getting estimates from several grout line specialists, we chose Jason and Titanium for several reasons: best price, reasonable plan (one contractor wanted to remove all my grout and replace it with new! UGH-the noise and dust scared me off) and the fact that he went to our local HS (Bellport) and is a Varsity Football alumni- sealed the deal, as we love to support our community.

After reading the reviews for Titanium Grout, I took a chance and called them. It was a little unusual I thought to have my job consult done through cell phone pictures and texts but it worked. The gentleman they sent was exactly on time, thorough, quiet (meaning not on the phone most of the time which seems to be what happens now) and precise! He seemed to take pride in the job that he was doing. My job was not big, 3 tiles in my kitchen needed to be redone and my bathtub caulking needed to be redone. This gentleman took his time and didn't rush through it. I highly recommend this company

Bought a fixer upper and hired these guys to redo my whole bathroom both upstairs and downstairs. All I can say is that they did an impaccable job. Very professional and quick. On top of the great job they did I paid less than what most other guys wanted to charge me. 10/10 will hire again and recommend to friends and family.

Very happy with the job. We had a small leak in our den from an upstairs shower which was in need of regrouting. Jason called back immediately and was able to schedule our job for the next day. Hector arrived on time and was very personable and professional, explaining what our options were. He regrouted the area around one tub and re-sealed the grout lines in a stall shower, as well as applying a silicone sealer to the stall shower. I am hoping the material applied to the stall shower grout lines remains durable, but for now it looks great. I did not obtain any other estimates for the job, as

Most of the bathroom grout was fine when we contacted them, but small sections of grout in the bathtub tile wall needed to be removed and replaced. In August 2016, We hired them. A young man came in with a skimpy tool and scratched away at a section of the grout on a wall outside the tub. He then told us that he could not remove the grout. They offered to clean and seal all of the grout. They advised us to clean with a mild product, which we did. We were told that we had a one year guarantee. Within 3 months, their product rinsed off with plain water from the shower. The grout was black again

Jason and Titanium are FANTASTIC! We had a major tile job that we has just completed. It was done beautifully. The only problem was that the grout was way too light (I picked the color, so it was my fault and not the contractor's fault).
Jason came on 3 days notice and worked his magic to fix the problem! The tile is wood-look porcelain with different shadings. Jason tested a few colors with me on site, and we settled on one that blends beautifully with the tile. It is hard to describe in words what a tremendous difference his work made to the aesthetics of the project!
