After failed attempts from 2 different carriers and losing almost 3 weeks, Diesel Auto Express was able to pick up my vehicle within 48 hours of my call and delivered it from the Washington state to Florida in 10 days without incident. I would definitely recommend them and will use them again myself.

Amazing! I moved from WA state to DC and my car was literally delivered in 3 days, we’ll before the expected delivery date. The drivers were communicative and prompt. They were extremely nice. Only regret - not packing more things in my car! My car and the items were delivered in perfect condition. I can’t believe how easy this process was! Great pricing as well. I would’ve spent the same, if not more, driving the car myself. I would most definitely refer this company to others!

I think I got a fair price which is why I'm giving 2 stars. Company transported my vehicle across country and it was damaged by another semi-truck at a weigh station. Mistakes happen but that was greatly compounded by the company's inability or refusal to communicate with me. I did not learn about the damage for a few days and neither did the broker. When I called for updates, I got the run around and incorrect information. After repeated calls, I finally got a call from the owner which was less than inspiring. Picked up and delivered earlier than expected. These people mean business and move fast! Everything went fine transporting my car from OR to TX.

I used this service to ship my new car from the east to the west coast. Everything went well until I picked up my car from their lot in Washington during a heavy down pour of rain and it looked like they had left the driver door or window down for a long time after off-loading because the interior was all soaking wet and I thought the electronics on the door were going to be ruined. I tried to give it a good look over before signing off, but as soon as I got home and it had stopped raining I saw a major indented scratch on my hood.

Pick up was smooth. And I had absolutely no issues with the delivery from Oregon to Texas. They communicated important updates and were easy to work with throughout the whole process.
Also! They allowed me to transport some items in the trunk -- I'd heard of horror stories of theft in car deliveries online, but I wouldn't worry about that with Diesel Auto.

I was on the receiving end of the shipment of my mother’s vehicle across country. To be honest I was extremely skeptical when my parents first hired this company. I myself moved across country last year and went through an endless search of companies all with so many issues. I wish I had found Diesel Auto Express then, because they did a phenomenal Job.

They did a good job transporting my Mazda 5 from Dallas Texas to Seattle Washington.
Driver called me a day ahead of pick up to let me know when he expected to pick up the car (he provided 1 hour window ). He called again 30 minutes before arrival to inform me that he was on his way and again once he was in position at the mutually agreed pick up point.
He seemed very experienced. Inspected the car, took pictures and sent me a link to the pre ship condition report. Car was loaded and secured on the truck the process took about 30-45 minutes. That was Saturday. Driver said it may take a week

What a great company. Had another company lined up and they were not able to ship my car. Called Diesel Express and they picked up car within 2 days and my car went clear across the country in 4 days. Everyone was so nice and they are on spot with coordination of all aspects of shipping my car. A well oiled machine. Top notch. The driver who picked up my car was so nice and personable. The service was excellent! They shipped my auto from Houston, TX to Seattle, WA with zero issues. The carrier did originally miss the pick-up date, but they took responsibility for the mistake and made sure to pick up my vehicle as quickly as possible. Overall, they proved quick and reliable, and there were no issues on vehicle receipt.

The driver called about 45 minutes before drop off and gave me ample time to be ready. He arrived right on time and was very helpful and friendly! Even gave me a heads up about some light damage to the wheel rims that had been present at the dealership prior to pickup and sent me an email with photos if I wanted to pursue any reimbursement with the dealership.

Diesel Auto Express, was amazing from start to finish. The pickup with Eugene in Des Moines, Washington to the delivery with Vitali in St. Augustine, Florida. I did have some personal items in the car during the transport and everything was still there when the car was arrived. They told me it was going to be an estimated time of 11 days for the transport, but they did it in 6 days ( a little less than that to be honest - 5 days and about 20 hours). DAE is very reliable. Customer service was on point, and the communication was great the entire process. Highly recommended for anyone needing to transport

I wish I could leave them a zero star. Please avoid this company. I shipped my car with this company across the country. Although they demanded high price of the market ($2k), the service was terrible. First, they texted me that they would pick it up in the afternoon, and the pickup truck showed up around 10 AM while I wasn't home. Although I had mentioned in the contract that I won't be at the destination before July 23rd, the driver texted me to deliver my car three days before getting to the destination. Then he asked me to leave the car in a hotel parking lot and give the key to them

I highly recommend using Diesel Auto Express the next time you need to transport a vehicle. This was my first time using a transport service of any kind and I was a little apprehensive. I didn't know what to expect and it's my baby after all, a 1982 MB 380SL. Once the driver was located it all came together seamlessly. They picked up the vehicle on time and the driver was spot on. A broker scheduled my car pick up with another company and the driver cancelled on me 1 hour before pick up. I had to cancel all my relocation plans and flight. Then, the broker found me Diesel Auto Express to pick up my car the following day. When Garret, the driver who came to pick up my car saw how stressed out I was, helped me with reorganizing my items in the car which was very nice of him. The shipment went smoothly. BE CAREFUL, shipped a 2020 RAV4 with them and it arrived without the rear spoiler piece. Picture from them showed it was clearly in place when picked up but not there on delivery. As you can see in the pics I am adding. The 2 pics of it with it on were when it was sitting in their yard waiting t be loaded on the 2nd truck. Picture with it missing is how it arrived. They claim it must have "blown off" and they were not going to cover it. I am pretty sure there insurance company will feel differently. No accountability for damage done. A NIGHTMARE - DO NOT USE. Car arrived 5 days late. In those 5 days no response from office after leaving voicemails and emails. Car was returned DAMAGED with a large scratch across the back bumper and Paul, the owner, refused to file the insurance claim for repairs even though there was clear photographic evidence that the car wasn't damaged when they picked it up. The cherry on top was they tried to shake me down for an extra $150 even though it was not in our written contract.
