New patient visits at The Hill Hear Better Clinic typically last 60-90 minutes. During this time, we want to hear your story- to learn more about your history, daily lifestyle and personal hearing needs so we can find the best solution for you. We will also conduct a comprehensive hearing evaluation using the most advanced technology and equipment available.
At The Hill Hear Better Clinic, we identify, diagnose and educate our patients on their specific type of hearing loss. And while their loss may fall into a category, our care is based on our patients' individual needs. Sensorineural hearing loss is the most common. It occurs when the cochlear hair cells or auditory nerve is damaged, preventing electrical signals from properly passing messages to the brain.
