Dr. Matthew Kist moved to the tri-state area in 2012, and he graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a Bachelor of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders. He decided to stay at UC and earn his Doctor of Audiology as a Bearcat as well. Dr. Kist enjoys making personal connections with each of his patients to provide top level services that are both patient and family centered.

Six years ago i decided to seek help for hearing loss. As a business professional my hearing was problomatic as I was regularly missing dialogue in conversations and asking others to repeat things. Luhn's is the BOMB!!! A totally awesome experience with them, no complaints at all. I've had other audiologists and hearing aids and they were a complete waste of money. Matt has changed my life. I wish I had time to write as much as I could because this place has been meaningful to me since day 1. Kathy said so compassionately “we are going to help you.” That brought me to tears. Ever since then, Kathy and Matthew have made themselves available any time and have constantly gone above and beyond to help me. I’m genuinely at a loss for words for how grateful I am. I just moved back to Northern Kentucky and was in desperate need of a Audiologist because I had Hearing aids that were not working. I got a referral from a friend and I called for a help appointment. Matthew the business owner has a small fantastic and friendly staff got me in the office within 24 hours and Matthew also the Audiologist had my hearing aids up and working within 3 minutes. I went there to get hearing aids and was surprised by the service. Matt was extremely professional and helped me pick the best that was suited for me. After I got my hearing aids, any problem that I had, which were of my own doing, Matt quickly fixed or adjusted them to my liking. I highly recommend Luhn Hearing.
