Scott organized the trip for me and he was very nice and professional. The two guys who took away my sofa, Eric and Big D, were super professional, nice, fast, and amazing. They were mindful and very nice people. I would recommend using these guys for any removal. Price was the most affordable and they were able to come same day! Omg Loved the service!

It was a great experience working with Eric and Archie! We had a large shed demolition and they took the care and time to remove all the pieces of the wooden shed-including the shingles! We are so thankful for their help! I highly recommend them for any removal services.

So impressed with the entire experience!! Scott gave me an estimate based on my description of what I wanted removed (furniture, mattress), & he told me to expect a call from Eric, & Within an hour of my call, Eric called me, confirmed address & items, got to my door & removed the items.

Great customer service, awesome prices, quick work. Scott (on the phone) was very nice and worked to make sure I was happy with everything in the end. The two workers who came to my home (I am upset that I have forgotten their names) were extremely respectful and made sure to get everything out in a timely manner. I 100% recommended this company to anyone who needs their garbage removed. They were a pleasure to do business with and would for sure do so again.

Gino's sceduled my removal for a Thrusday, but the crew had extra capacity and asked if I'd like things done a day earlier. I accepted and they removed a small amount of furniture and old materials within minutes. I think it helped that I had everything already "staged" and ready to go.
I can't speak to the value vs. pricing as I didn't comparison shop, but based on the professionalism of Eric and Tyson I would consider using Gino's again.

I was just browsing furniture stores on last Thursday. When I finally found the items I liked, I made the purchase. I didn't realize until after my purchase that it would be next day delivery. I called Gino's Junk Removal Services and spoke with Steve. He was very professional and to my surprise, he had someone available on Thursday, I was so happy to get rid of my old furniture with ease. Service was incredible - starting with a fast responses to set an appointment for 48 hrs after first contact. I needed to remove living room furniture and an elliptical to make room for new furniture and Gino's provided the best timing before new furniture delivery, and it was the cheapest option. My experience with Gino's Junk Removal Services has been nothing but stellar. We just moved into our new home and needed to get rid of a large projection TV, entertainment set and other old cabinetry. After having been stood up by 1-800-GOT-JUNK 3 times in 2 days, it was time to find someone else. Little Eric and Big John just let with all my junk. After reading the other reviews, I chose to go with Gino's. I was not disappointed. I called at 4:30pm and they were gone with my stuff by 7:30pm. They offered to put booties on, were cautious about my walls and were very polite. Living in a condo without large dumpsters, I am glad I found an affordable, professional company to help me out in the future.

I was looking to remove some junk from my driveway during Thanksgiving week. Called 5 places and only 2 returned my call. Gino's was one of them. They took my info and called me back and said truck could be there in one hour. Eric and Big John came out. I never used a service like this before so there was some explanation necessary for me. After some discussion we came to a deal I was happy with. They made quick work of it and my driveway was clear! I would definitely call them again.

Eric and Big John (it's ironic) absolutely rocked. The 70-year old fence on our rental property was rotted and literally falling down, and we needed it and a couple of cement footings removed from the yard. They showed up on time, couldn't have been nicer and proceeded to dead lift every piece of rusty nail-punctured rotted fence and threw it into their truck. They were done in 20 minutes and the whole process couldn't have been easier. The whole thing was worth it just to watch Big John pick up the 2' long chunk of solid concrete and fling it into the back of the truck. Made

I recently moved to Glen Ellyn and had a load of boxes, packing paper, and other junk left over from the move. I called Gino's late Saturday afternoon and they were able to get Eric to my house Sunday. Eric was an absolute pleasure to deal with. I can only reiterate what others have said -- Gino's is a reliable, professional, and reasonably priced hauling service (they were considerably more fairly priced than some of the national hauling services, some of which do not operate on Sundays). I will absolutely do business with them again.

Gino's Junk Removal was extremely easy and pleasant to work with, from calling the company to set up the appointment to meeting with Eric and Jon at our appointment time to remove the items. Eric and Jon were early and waited for me to arrive without complaint. They were very, very nice, professional and quickly removed all of our items, less than 20 minutes, and the price is very fair as well. Everyone I spoke with and dealt with at Gino's was superb, I will definitely recommend this company to anyone who is in need of this type of service.
