Great place to actually find appliances in stock.. it is a scratch and dent store so damage may vary. The person I spoke to working there was very knowledgeable. I picked up this wall mount stove for $600 less than Home Depot and it was just missing a few screws.

They have three 48 inch Thermador ranges listed for sale that have been sold several weeks ago. They are still listed on their website and on ebay right now. I asked why their website wasn't updated and was told they haven't got around to it; that they are too busy.
It's misleading and unfortunate. The warehouse was fun to visit and they had some great, discounted prices on the products they do have. I just didnt appreciate the dishonesty.

Shop is certainly a warehouse, but easy to navigate and view appliances.
Staff is very friendly and helpful.
Loaded my order into my car and offered extra cardboard for protecting appliances during ride.

And the support since has been outstanding. After damaging my own cooktop, I was able to call Kitchen Guys on year after purchase and receive the same excellent service I did from first contact.

I was in twice this week preparing for a kitchen remodel. I had an idea of what I wanted/needed but had not purchased appliances in over 10 years. Ian allowed me time to browse but was readily available when I was ready to talk. He was a wealth of knowledge, asked me questions to figure out what "type" of appliances would best fit my needs and took an incredible amount of time giving me all the information that I needed to make an informed decision/purchase. If your in need of new appliances and you don't at least visit them you are missing out!!!

I've dealt with Kitchen Guys for years now and have never had a bad experience. Mike and Ian have outstanding customer service and are extremely knowledgeable of all their products. They are very reasonably priced. I wouldn't go anywhere else for any home appliances.

Someone turned me on to the KitchenGuys and after my first experience there, the only negative I can think of is that I didn't know about them when I was paying 'retail'.
They're a bit out of the way and you can't guarantee what you'll find there on any given day, yet KG is so worth the hunt.
One visit, and trust me, you too will be kicking yourself for paying full boat (or as we call it at our house, the "family screw rate") for your previous buys at the big box mart.

Contacted the Kitchen Guys via email and was responded to shortly after. Took a ride down to their warehouse to scope out a slightly pre-owned Bosch microwave... which surprisingly - they had more than one to choose from. Selection and customer service were fantastic. I will definitely use these guys again when I am in the market for any appliances.

Great deals and great customer service. Ian is very friendly and very knowledgable about the products. Got a great deal on a Bosch fridge and range. Had a slight issue with the range (turned out a wire had just became loose) and Ian sent someone to fix it right away. Also glad I paid to have them deliver both appliances. Delivery guys were very friendly, quick and careful. Everything arrived in perfect condition. Will definitely be shopping here for future appliance needs.

Purchased a gently used high end range from them online. Transaction was quick and easy, prompt delivery across two time zones, extremely well packed -- no damage. A month later when we went to install the unit, there was a part failure. Ian was able to diagnose the problem over the phone -- when local appliance repair person arrived, he confirmed the failed part. As this was a high-end Italian range, the part and repair were not cheap - over $600 in the end. They carry a full line of products and accessories and parts.
Michael the owner is generally there to help you find anything you could possibly think of, From a base line stove up to a 5000.000 Viking or wolf stove.
Not the prettiest store, Butt who cares as long as the product is good.
Michael is very knowledgable about all the products and very friendly.
