Great place to conduct a business with!
I made a phone call before I visit the store and I was able to gather all the information I need and that was about the issue with my motorcycle and the cost of the labor and the cost of the parts.
Very reasonable prices.
Friendly, people in the front desk.
I am fully satisfied about the service and I strongly recommend this business.
I will keep coming back to this business we I need it and not coming back to"Freedom Cycle" never ever...

I called their parts department to get a replacement screw and washer for a Ducati Monster 821 battery. Ronnie was wonderful, said to come by and she would give me several as there are different size washers depending on the battery. I drove out she greeted me with a smile and had them waiting. Did not charge me a dime. Now that is customer service! Thanks Ronnie!

Poor customer service. Overpriced.

Renos tried as hard as they could to double charge me on the brakes until I got the actual owner involved. I have the "quotes". They installed aftermarket parts, if they didn't warranty them, they shouldn't install them, real simple. I paid YOU charged $1,200 dollars for brakes to be installed (not actual pads, paid for them seperate), rollers and a belt change.... if you don't think that's overpriced, you're ridiculous. Which is what my original post said.
Renos is overpriced and "communication" issues make for POOR customer service. Save

Awesome experience! John in the sales dept saw what I wanted and helped make it happen! Pauley and Jake in the service department made sure my Mule of choice was up to snuff. I had it for a month before they could make it in for scheduled maintenance (a condition of the sale) so I was quite clear on the items that needed attention and they saw to them in expert fashion. During those first few weeks I lost a blue tooth wireless earbud. During the service appointment they located it and placed it in my glove box. They neglected to mention it but I found it and thought to myself…”wow!” An impressive

They did great getting my Ducati on the road when I had a flat from a nail. I Brought it in one morning and they were able to get me on the road again with 2 new tires. And Even a new bike:-) Great Group very helpful in explaining differences in motorcycles and finding the bike for you. Only reason I give 4 star review is the riding shoes that I purchased the soles separated from shoe within 5 days. Hopefully they’ll take care of this and earn a 5th star?

These guys are great! Staff is very helpful and the facility is nice. If you’re in the market for a power sport, I highly suggest Reno’s. I had Matt as my salesman but also interacted with Spencer and the owner, Steve. All of them did a great job and helped me pick out my first bike. I am thrilled with my experience!
