The dealership was founded by Bill Heishman and his late wife, Janey Heishman in a 400 square foot building selling Norton and Ducati motorcycles. Later in 1969 Suzuki motorcycles were added to the line up. In 1972 a new 10,000 square foot building was constructed to offer customers the ultimate in motorcycles and accessories.
LCC Powersports services and repairs KTM, Kawasaki, Suzuki, and Yamaha vehicles produced within the last ten years. LCC Powersports also offers tire changes on all brands of motorcycles and ATVs at the most competitive prices in Kansas City. To give back to the community, just as his parents had taught him, Jeff Heishman started a benefit motorcycle ride. Jeff started the "Janey Heishman Ride" in memory of his mother. At first a benefit for the American Lung Association. Jeff wanted to do more for charities in Liberty and the Immacolata Manor became the charity of choice.

I had an issue with a used, low mile motorcycle I bought out of state. Other places said they "would have to look" and "schedule a service to diagnose the issue". They also said "no idea" and gave scary ideas of possible problem and cost. Mike at LCC powersports actually spoke with me in service. He was very helpful, said it was probably not serious and gave me a suggestion to try before going further. In under 10 minutes I had the issue solved. No two trailer rentals and service cost. That is the courtesy and honesty I want and that is the place I will trust

I bought my 2021 Yamaha MT-07 from Justin Gambino and all I can say was it’s was a great buying experience! It was simple with zero pressure. Price out the door was on the bike. Sales and finance staff very friendly and fast. Parts and service guys was a great pleasure to talk to and answered all my questions before and after I signed papers. I can’t thank the whole staff enough for such an awesome experience! I totally will be back for some accessories, parts, and who knows maybe another bike soon!

Needed some minor guidance and parts abs was fortunate enough to meet "Jesse" behind the counter and eager to fill my order! Highly efficient employee with a vast array of knowledge of the motocross industry! Appreciated him helping us! Beautiful displays of riding apparel and safety equipment! The selection of motorcycles on hand were for each level of riding! Impressive employees, inventory and location! Fantastic experience! I live about 1.5 hrs from this dealership and passed several along the way to purchase from here. I reached out via email and was responded to quickly with my questions answered regarding an "out the door" price for a 2020 650. Not only did Dave provide the information I needed but, went above and beyond to provide other bikes in same class. The price was to good to be true! 12/30/19 Addendum:
Unfortunately I have found rust on some nuts/bolts/components near the front(right and left) A-Arms(see photos). I'm not sure how this is possible on a brand new quad and I guess the pre-delivery inspection missed this?
I'm taking the machine up to LCC this Thursday to resolve this issue and honestly I would prefer the machine be totally re-inspected. Once I receive the machine back I will add another update to this review. I did take 1 star away from this

I was looking to buy a new KTM dirt bike. I searched the Cycle Trader app and found LCC had the best price on the bike I was looking for by several hundred dollars. I went in and dealt with Dave Hickerson. He was thorough and also hilarious. Actually tried to sell me a less expensive version of the bike I bought that didn't have fuel injection, but I stuck with my original pick. No complaints. Had a good buying experience. Definitely will do business with them in the future.

I am from Calgary, Canada and was searching for a place in KC to drop off my 2005 KTM LC8 before heading out on a 4 month Central American adventure. I was directed towards Andrew in service and he was only to happy to help. The plan was to return a week later and head south, darn it can get cold in KC! Two days later I received a call letting me know that there was an oil leak. Excellent customer service, I inquired about a listing on their website and immediately received a response from a sales rep. The dealership was smaller than expected but still has plenty to offer. The bike I was interested in was in stock and the sales rep was convincing enough for me to purchases same day. They also carry a great helmet selection for those who enjoy fancy graphics. If you're a motorcycle enthusiast in the KC/Liberty MO area I recommend you stop by to see what they have to offer you wont be disappointed

Took my new-to-me motorcycle in for an oil change, safety inspection and overall looksy to be sure it wasn't a lemon. The staff and mechanic were very help. The mechanic took me over and showed me exactly how the adjust the dials and knobs to ensure the best performance and gave me tips for maintenance. The price was also less than expected. So I came away with great service from Dave, helpful advice from the mechanic, and a service center I'll definitely be returning too.
