Great experience with Neil and Seven! After contacting another vendor who stopped communicating with me, I was so happy when a left a voicemail for Seven and Neil texted me within an hour saying he would contact me about my project. He was true to his word and called me shortly thereafter. We were able to schedule an appointment for the work in the next two days. Our old TV giving out prompted us to give our home theater space a little refresh. Wanting to throw some business to a local, small business I stumbled upon Seven Audio Video. I found out about Seven's Home Theater via Google Search. I was interested in getting my TV mounted in a manner in which the cables were hidden. Seven's responded to my request within hours, and was able to schedule a time to deliver the service the same day. Neil is very knowledgeable in the A/V area, and provided a consultative approach and ensured I was happy with the service. There was less work involved in the installation of our $5000 job and he was unwilling to change the labor cost. He didn’t need to build out the wall for the TV inside the cabinet so there was less work. Never mentioned trip charges but tried to charge us for 3 of them.

Neil and his crew were awesome! They were able to take my new TV and sound bar right out of their boxes and get them up on our stone wall over our fireplace.

Neil and Chris were wonderful to deal with. I was quoted a price over the phone, and there were no surprises when the job was finished. Chris came out to mount my 80" tv and he made it look effortless. Attention to detail, cleaned up as he went, and very friendly. I wouldn't hesitate a bit to recommend them to my family members, that's how good these folks are. 5 star all the way!

I initially found this company by doing a search for local Projector Companies. If i have have the option, I always try to choose local, small businesses, as i too am one. I still do always try to get a few different options and other bids; and yes, one was with Best Buy. Anyway, after speaking to Neil, and seeing how down to earth he was, I was sold. He was more knowledgeable, had better pricing, the same warranty as the big box people (even though i believe he would stand behind his product and service better than the competition), and was more interested in what I needed.

I was very concerned about how my TV would look on my brick fireplace. Neil was very patient and explained to me exactly how it would look. It turned out great. It is a little high and I knew it would be. There were really no other options for me except to tear off the mantle and put a new one lower. Neil explained that if I did that it wouldn't be very good for the TV to be that close to the fire and I do use the fireplace all the time. The only negative for me was the price.
