Peak was born from 12 years of experience building our training business. We have been constantly learning and have used our knowledge to continually offer you better services and improve your experience here. The most important thing we have figured out is that everyone needs individual attention to succeed long term.
Here at Peak Strength and Fitness, we're proud to provide free consultations to anyone serious in starting their fitness journey with us. Let's face it, finding a program that speaks to you and your goals is hard and sticking with one is even more difficult. How many times have you started something and not even a few weeks later, life gets in the way and you never go back?
No! Just get started. Our workouts and exercises scale to any level - from broomsticks to barbells, we'll tailor the workout to your ability. Many professional and elite athletes are participating in the CrossFit program. Prize fighters, cyclists, surfers, skiers, tennis players, triathletes and others competing at the highest levels are using the CrossFit approach to advance their core strength and conditioning, but that's not all.
Fitness should be fun, and ever-evolving, and it should serve the life that you want to live. Keep your body fit and healthy - come see us at least 3 times a week and meet with your Coach for Life regularly. When it comes to the fitness piece, one size doesn't fit all and that's why we offer a different type of program to meet your needs.
Athlete Development - Through our Peak Athletics program and setting goals, we work with Youth Athletes all the way through the Pro's to improve their performance across the board in any sport. Each athlete begins with an assessment that gives us all the necessary information to design a personalized, effective and age/sport appropriate program.
