Nice, clean facility. There needs to be some alternative method to access the gym though when the computer is down and your swipe card won’t unlock the door. Multiple times I’ve come early in the morning and not been able to get in only to be told later that the computer was down at that time. Install a keypad!! Other than that, love this place.

1440 is the number of minutes in a week which means 24/7 access. Not a big place but all the machines and free weights that will keep most gym rats happy. Staffing friendly and helpful. No pool, hot tub or any of those amenities, but more affordable than most places. They have various aerobic classes as well. Great place for a workout

The environment is absolutely stress free. You can workout anywhere in this gym and not feel less than! The equipment is clean and up to date- for those who like the old school weights and know what to do with them, they have those too. Trainers are super knowledgeable and they have their own nutritionist! I can't say enough good things- One thing I dislike about gyms are their bathrooms-- WELL here they are CLEANNNNNN :)

Great owner and staff. Bathrooms and workout areas kept clean. They offer a variety of classes for every fitness level. The class teachers are encouraging and inspiring. We were members of Planet Fitness but it was a longer drive. 1440 is open 24 hours but not staffed the entire time. Equipment is well maintained. This is a great option for the area.

Great place to workout. The facility is clean, all of the equipment is up to date, the locker rooms and showers are clean, and the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Fitness 1440 has pretty much everything you would expect from a 24 hour gym. My only knock is that it continuously loops the same 10 techno pop songs every day.

I cannot believe some of the reviews on here- they are not describing the 1440 I know at all! I have NEVER felt so comfortable in a gym. I love it here!! Everything is spaced out in a very organized fashion, and there's always someone doing mat work in the middle. The trainers are a GREAT asset and stop and say hi when they see you. The owner is wonderful and knows members by name. 1440 is open 24hrs which is awesome for those with conflicting schedules- bonus the early hours are not as crowded. Machines are kept up to date and the classes are updated regularly. Their rates are right on par

After reading a few reviews I was expecting a "not so clean" gym. That's far from what I saw. The gym was extremely clean and the fitness equipment is GREAT. Everything from the free weights to the cardio equipment is in working order and up to date. I have moved 12 times in 17 years and I have seen some gyms that were in bad shape. This gym is in great shape.
A few things that I was bummed out about...
1. I wish the sauna was a little bigger, however it's VERY CLEAN and something is better than nothing.

Visited the gym today - very impressed with the equipment and facilities.Met with the owners and they are passionate about providing a great workout and experience. I'm really looking forward to working out there. You definitely need to check this place out - perfect location for people who live and work off Rt. 17.

I went here with a friend to check it out and see if we wanted to join since I didn't like my current gym. When we walked in the girl behind the counter never said a word to us or even looked at us. I stood there for about 20 seconds then said excuse me can we get some help. She seemed bothered and I asked her about the gym and if we could get a tour. She had me sign in and said look around if you want. Apparently at this gym they let you do a tour on your own. The place was dark, equipment was too pack in and very old. I know this uses to be a power house gym years ago and it appears they
