Precision Surveying and Mapping, LLC was founded with the objective of providing affordable quality-based land surveying, mapping and engineering services for residential, commercial and municipal clients throughout Maryland, Delaware and the District of Columbia. The Precision management team has over 29 years experience in mapping and land development and has successfully completed a wide variety of projects for a diverse client base.

The preparation and submission of an Elevation Certificate provides the folks at the National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP) and FEMA with real data that can often result in a significant reduction in your premiums.
