The lash extensions are not bad, as other reviews have said, Madoka is very sweet. I also like that there is plenty of parking in the little plaza area. However, I have to give this place only 3 stars. As others said, the scheduling is a horrible experience. You have to book your next refill right after your appointment when you're still at the salon. Otherwise, if you want to call to schedule your next refill, you can only schedule via text, no one ever picks up the phone. If you need to reschedule an appointment, you have to text and it takes several days to receive a reply. When she does

It was a very disappointing experience. The person rushed through the whole eyelash extension process. They said their hands were shaky and it was very painful as she kept pulling at my skin and lashes with the sharp tool. When she was done the eyelashes looked crooked and immediately began falling out by the time I got to my car. It has also been very painful and my eyelids have been very sore going on 2 days now. I think the lady glued too deep into my lash line. I would definitely not recommend. I'm going to have to go somewhere else to have my eyelashes fixed asap so I can relieve

I'm not sure how this business can have any positive reviews. THEY DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE EVER!! This has been the worst customer service experience. I bought their highly advertised Groupon deal on May 31, 2021. I called every day in June and the voice-mail was always full. I went by the location and it looked like an abandoned lash shop. I finally tried the text option in July and they responded with an appointment date but never gave me a time. So I started calling excited that I heard from someone and they never responded. I sent a text for an appointment time and they text back that

I do not recommend this place for Microblading she did a bad job and I'm not for sure she's been professionally trained. It was a waste of my money . She did not know how to mixed the colors and apply it correctly. I knew it was a problem when I was there for only 30mins.

I bought a Groupon for a microblading session plus touch up after reaching out to Madoka to check that I was a good candidate since I had it done years ago. She replied a week later and addressed me by a different name (My names Joceline she addressed me as Khiari.) However, this wasn’t a big issue. Worst experience booking and with costumer service. I made the appointment for two people about a month ago. I show up at the time of my appointment and no one is there. I call and i text and no answer. Finally about 11 non answered calls later I get a text that the person is busy and I can text them. I'm excuse me? They never once answered a call, just texted (even when booking the initial appointment), which is odd if you have a business you should be ok with answering calls but whatever. We waited an hour outside this place only to find out, via text, that they booked us on the wrong date

Okay I must say this journey all started with a gifted Groupon for 120pc eyelashes.
It was my first time coming to Botanica Lashes. I usually get the cheaper extensions from the nail salons, however since the pandemic everything has been closed.
The process was lengthy but worth every second. Loving my new lash extensions. I can wake up and go about my day without the drama of the magnetic lashes.
I recommend them and I'm definitely going back in the future.

Madoka is awesome! My lashes still look great after 3 weeks (I've included a pic). They have great retention and need minimal grooming. I just make sure to clean them at least once a day and then fluff and brush them. I have definitely found my new go to :)! Also, it's great to support local businesses!
