Bad customer service both through email and through the phone. While I can understand shipping and processing may take longer with COVID, it does not state this upon opening the site, at check out, in the very non-descript email receipt or under the FAQ regarding shipping times.
Further, in the emails that went back and forth, the customer service representative(s) did not state that there were different shipping time frames, even though I referenced (and screenshot) what is actually listed on their website.
Apparently, to find any information about longer shipping times is listed all the way
